Its a MUST GO place if you are going to shop. The prices are really good and we pick up the van that takes you properly to and back from Sawgrass Mills. Great service they offer you. Takes around 40 minutes with the private van with about 15 passengers.

Do not bother booking this experience. Sawgrass Mills Outlet was great but the transportation pick-up was awful. Due to be picked up and taken to outlet at 9am so arrived at pick-up point half an hour earlier but driver didn’t turn up until 9.50am. Everybody on trip was so angry and fed up with waiting.

The excursion was overbooked so we had to stay there about 3 hours before they sorted it. There was a guy in there telling us to come back after 10 mins every time we went up to see him but then he kept selling tickets for cash in store. We ended up missing our reservations elsewhere because we got there late and we had to uber back as well cos they wanted to pick us up at 8 because they got us there quite late

This was actually a good deal considering the cost of a return taxi. It was a lot cheaper doing it this way. We left at like 9.30 and returned at 5, I had more than enough time to shop. This is far better than Dolphin Mall I feel. Someone also brought a suitcase with them which wasn't a bad idea actually.

Booked a ticket for a 9am departure leaving Sawgrass Mills at 5pm. Driver didn’t arrive until 10.30 then made 6 separate stops at different hotels to pick up more customers. Finally arrived at Sawgrass at 12pm when the driver announced pick up would be at 9pm!!! No explanation, nothing. Called the office, who also confirmed a 9pm collection. This information was not given to anyone prior to leaving. What a poor service offering this is, no communication, a complete lack of respect and interest shown by any of the staff you speak to. No customer service skills whatsoever. No appreciation for wasting customers time or the impact of changing plans without communicating. How do you change the departure time to 4hrs later without notifying the customer!? If I could give zero stars I would. Do not go near this company.

It achieved its purpose, to go from Miami Beach to Sawgrass and back. Why only 3 stars? You were supposed to arrive 9 am, and the van was leaving 9.30. We were there really punctual and we didn't leave until 9.55. They also did a little stop out of the highway for some other passengers getting to another location, if you know Miami traffic you know this added at least 10 more minutes to this. Up to here everything's "fine" let's say. Then we realize the SPACE issue. We had brought along empty carry on luggage to be more comfortable, we noticed how only 2 extra spaces were left and the luggage was right there with us. We wondered how they would do it on their way back, and wrongfully assumed they would send an extra van, or less people were coming back, or maybe even a bigger bus? Nope. 5pm came, I was there 4.55 and the driver was already complaining about people being late. Nevermind the extra 30 minutes we had to wait standing on the street in the morning, or the extra stops. My friends arrive 5.10 and he actually commented on it. Again, this would be okay had we not left 30 minutes late and made a stop. No help was provided to older people to get into the van, or a minimum help with the thousand bags all of the van was carrying. There was ABSOLUTELY NO CONTEMPLATION for the extra space needed on the way back. Driver went on complaining about the rest of the passengers being late (the one who was the latest was 5.20), insisted on stopping in a Mc Donalds for people to use the restroom warning he wouldn't make any stops later on, its understandable (and a good suggestion even), what wasn't nice was the face he made when everyone refused. We were uncomfortable HOLDING other people's luggage too from rolling to the front, without 2 inches to move on any direction. Would I recommend it? Only for single users, otherwise any other kind of transportation is preferred. It gets you there, and back, but not a good experience at all.

Shopping was great. People at the office on Lincoln road were quite disinterested when we went to check in.
On the way back to Miami Beach we got stuck in traffic so were advised by the Spanish only speaking driver to get off the bus and walk back as it would take 3 hours to sit in traffic(through using Google translate) took just over the hour to walk the full length of Alton road with all the shopping bags. Bus passed us 5 mins into the walk. Not the best service.

The trip was awesome. Our driver was friendly and very informative. He told us where he was dropping us off and picking us up, the time to be ready to return and a map of the mall. He also gave us tips to the good prices and which stores had them. He also was a great tour guide - telling us about the neighborhoods we were passing as well as the sights we should see if we have time. He also recommended other trips...he said Key West and the Everglades should be on our next 'must-do' trips. I'm from NJ and found out he used to live in Newark, right over the bridge from where I grew up in Jersey City. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TRIP - great stores with a variety of choices.

We took a little detour to drop other customers at the Everglades otherwise it was fine. Takes you from A to B. It would be nice to be more flexible with the return time so we could have a choice to choose what time to leave.

No memorable experience. We have arrived on time and found a long cue to checkin in Miami Tours. The shuttle left without us and they explained that they had 14 seats and 22 passengers. After discussing and some irony from the staff saying we could go to Sawgrass Mills walking, they put us in the Everglades tour bus and then they move us to Sawgrass Mills in a van. We lost more than 30 min and when the driver tried to compensate us with extra 30 min in the pickup, Miami Tours manager rejected and said either we leave at 5 PM or we would stay in Sawgrass Mills. Awful experience.

On time and driven straight to the Sawgrass mall .Pick up was also on time .Friendly driver unfortunately both drivers could not speak English only Spanish/Cuban so we were fortunate to have guests that could translate for us .

The Minibus was a bit cramped but ok, got to Sawgrass by 10.15am and had until 4.45pm to shop like a Lunatic, and we did.
Drive back took near 90mins, felt likr we were going round in circles, but i expect this is normal for Miami, roadworks and Traffic.
When we come back in few years time we will do Sawgrass Again, and maybe through Viator too.
P.s. in the instructions where to go, should tell people they have to check in at 305 Lincoln Road, not just meet there. Lucky we checked in or could have missed our booking.

About a 45 minute bus journey. On our day the bus was late. The Mall was quiet when we got there. We headed to stores on our wish list first to make sure we did them. This place is massive and easy to get lost so make sure you know where the pick up place is. The trip says its accessible, luckily I am able to walk a short distance but my husband had to lift my scooter into the bus (the driver helped) but on the way back it was a mini van so definitely would not of been accessible for some. Maybe it would be good to find out what kind of accessibility individuals require before.

From start the trip was fine and the mall was great! But when we were supposed to take the return bus home it was full and the driver told us to wait 5-10min for a replacement van. One and a half hour later still no transport and we then got told by the Viator help chat that the transport would arrive at 7 pm.
So we stood there for two hours before we finally got on our way Home. Then the lady at the front desk where we got the tickets from told us we wouldnt get any refund.
Look elsewhere if you’re going to sawgrass.

We took a shuttle to Sawgrass Mills from Miami Beach. The morning ride was ok (no seat belt avalaible in the bus… but other than that it was ok)
But in the afternoon, the bus didn’t show up. Instead, another bus came to pick everybody. The driver said that our bus had a malfunction and that we could take his bus. But his bus was full, so we were supposed to go standing, in a full bus, in the highway, in the middle of a pandemic. I don’t even think that going standing in a highway is legal… some fellow travelers took the bus, but I refuse to do so because of the obvious danger, and also having in mind that there was no social distance in this bus. It was unacceptable, dangerous and uncomfortable. We had to take a $66 Uber to comeback to Miami Beach.

Shuttle service is excellent and on time but driver requests an extra of minimum $5 per person as tip. Very insistent with this request which I dislike. Tip is optional and volunteer, not obligated.

There was no tissue for the bathroom on the bus, driver went and found some paper towel and told me only to use half a piece of paper towel.. busses should always be cleaned and stocked with tissue for tbe customer

I really enjoy myself. Everything was beautiful. The tour bus dropped us off on time . They also picked us up on time as well. The mall was real big. They had a lot of good sales. The food was delicious.

On the page they offer different schedules, I paid for the one at 10.20 and when I got to take the bus the only departure time was at 9.30, in the office there were no staff to request a refund. I lost my money.
