Terrible experience, DO NOT GO with this company, there're a lot better experiences of Jet Skiing in Miami. I rode the Jet Ski with my son to have some fun, but the Jet Ski wouldn't go over 7-9 miles/per hour, we followed all their rules talked to the life guard accompanying our group on the water, and he would say our Jet Ski is sea weeded, and they cannot do anything. However, on return ground staff checked and said there was no sea weed on our Jet Ski. So, essentially they gave us broken Jet Ski. Files the complained and emaild it as well to booking@miamiwatersports.com, but the response was pathetic and they refused to refund for our trip, and provided non-sensible response saying they would give us 20% discount on the next trip, which doesn't make sense for us as we returned back from the vacation. Requested them to escalate it to their management and they went shut on the email. Totally unprofessional and terrible! Another big scam is their price, they Viator or TripAdvisor price you pay is only to get 20% discount, which is useless. They have very expensive price for the water experience on the spot. Requested them if they want to win us as customer consider refund even partial, they wouldn't budge. Overall, family fun was ruined! DO NOT GO to this place!

I thought I bought the tickets to ride but I have to buy jet for a different price. The price on here is different from the actual price when you go to the actual place. Also save your money because you’re only paying to look at the brochure but not the actual event. You will not get your a refund from the place due to third party booking. I would go straight to the place and pay through them instead of paying something on here that give you nothing when you get the the place. DO BETTER ! This whole this was a misleading only to end up with a different price for the actual even you’re trying to book.

It's a scam - Viator is not selling the tour itself, this is just a 20% off promo pass (very unclear from the tour description, deliberately aimed to trick customers). You still need to pay around 130 USD per person to do the tour.

Got surprised with an $80 fee that had to do with booking with viator, even though it wasn’t listed on this website. Also signed up for 11 AM, didn’t get out into water until 1120 but they brought us back at noon.

I'm so sorry for your frustration. However, Viator is a a third party who sales our tours. There is additional fees for fuel/ tax at check in (as advertised on their page, prior to book). Nothing was a surprised. It was listed before. You were charged the remaining balance at check in.
From the time that you signed up until you got on the skis, 20 minutes is nothing! Remember that they were a tour right before yours ...

We had a great time on the JetSki‘s, I spoke with three viator agents and no one alerted me about the extra taxes that we had to pay once we got to Miami water sports. I will book straight through the company it’s about 40 $50 cheaper

Overall I felt the experience to jet ski was phenomenal however the process was inefficient. We arrived at 10 am and were able to get on the skis at 1 pm. Last minute we were informed we had to take a test and go through a tedious check in with countless numbers of forms. Too add, extra money was pulled for instance a 10 dollar fee for test. We stood in the heat for four hours and I wouldn't recommend this tour. There was an option to jet ski through our hotel which took a max of 30 minutes for less money. If you have an option to jet ski somewhere else i highly reccommend that. This was a rip off and you can spend those hours doing something much for worthwhile in Miami!

The reviews online are literally so fake about the "bad experience". Everyone is so friendly and helpful especially Blacky he helped us out and was so polite to use. Also Hector was friendly and helpful guiding us on how to ride the jet ski since it was a very first time. Overall this place is amazing and you should definitely try it out with friends and family!

Our Jet Ski have a weight limit at 300 lbs (that can vary depending on the weather conditions), we are putting the safety first concerning double riders.
The refundable $250 deposit is to cover potential damages caused on the Jet Ski during your ride.

We are requiring a $250 deposit for each Jet Ski rented, as many other water equipment rental companies. It is stated on our website, all our affiliates web pages, this Viator.com page, our flyers and on your booking email/ticket. This deposit is refundable within a few days and would be used to cover potential damages caused to the equipment rented.

Loved the actual jet ski experience. But you guys should be aware that once you purchase the jet ski before Riding you have to pay for the fuel 44$ per person and then a $250 deposit is required also you have to take a driving exam that’s 25 questions long and that test cost $9.99. That whole process was a lot but once that was over I had a blast out in the water.

I really enjoyed my jet skiing 🎿 experience, it was really fun. The staff was awesome. I went out with a group of 12 individuals, so we had 2 staff members to take us out. They were very polite and professional, would definitely recommend this to anyone else. Just be aware that I’m tour final price quoted that you still have to pay for the fuel ⛽️ at the facility.

Me and my husband came here because he loves to jet-ski, it’s perfect for those who like the adrenaline rush and want to experience the free part of jet skis rather than the speed limits and waiting on a tour guide. We had a lot of fun and the instructors are pretty cool and down to earth.
