Damion was our driver for this tour. He was courteous and very informative about his island. We toured a botanical garden where we got to see many "typical" island trees, bushes, flowers, coconuts and pineapples. The colors were amazing. We also got to see the endangered Hawaiian Geese as well as the ever present wild chickens. But the highlight of this tour was seeing 30 sea turtles sunning themselves on a small beach! Maui has done an excellent job of protecting these animals. The island has something for everyone, mountains, beaches and the ocean. Wind surfing was created here and you can see why. We would love to visit again. And we highly recommend Damion for a tour guide.

Great tour of Maui, we made stops are several locations around the island. Damien was our guide and he provided a lot of good information at each stop as well as pointing out various other areas as well made our way around the island. The incredible views at Kapalua including Dragon's Teeth and the Nakalele Blowhole to the trip to the North Shore to see the sea turtles.
Stopping for lunch at a local roadside restaurant and a local art gallery / gift shop were additional highlights of this tour.

This private tour was our best experience on Maui and considering that everything else was great should say something. Our guide, Demian, was very knowledgeable about the island and easily answered any questions asked. He allowed us to dictate the tour path so that we could see the spots we wanted but also offered advice on spots we didn’t know existed. He is very personable and full of information so not much more you could ask for. Thanks Demian for the unforgettable experience.

We enjoyed the beach, sunshine, and whales! Pickup from the cruise ship required a 15 minute walk to the meeting point which was fun!

Our tour guide, Keola took us where most tours don’t go. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Highlights were Kapalua Coastal Hwy, Nakele Blowhole and Ho’okipa Bay (turtle town). Makana Maui Adventures ask for tour guide Keola. Thanks Keola you are the Best!!

Terrance was the Best - incredibly knowledgeable, flexible, and professional.
We’ve been to Maui before, but we went places we’ve never been - a little hiking, jumped off a waterfall, sampled some vodka, looked at some art and beautiful scenery ended the day with a chocolate tour! We would highly recommend this tour!

This is the best way to tour the island, customized to suit our needs. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable of everything about the island. We saw spectacular sites and did some mild hiking. Since my wife is a non-swimmer we basically just enjoyed the beach views and the sites. We also did the Ocean Distillery private tasting and then hit some food trucks near the airport. He matched our desires perfectly. I will definitely recommend this tour to all planning to visit Maui.
