Austin was awesome, really helped us figure out the right positions to use on the board and how to get started. He coached us through it and by the end both my brother and I figured out how to smoothly stand on the board. The whole experience was super fun and the photos turned out great.

We had an amazing time learning to surf with Austin! He was an awesome instructor—clear, patient, and made the whole experience fun from start to finish. He explained everything really well, which made it easy for us as beginners to pick things up quickly. On top of that, he was super friendly and great to talk with. Highly recommend booking with Austin if you’re looking to have a great time out on the waves!

10/10 experience. Sadly, we had the start time wrong, thankful Ramon gave us a quick call and we were able to still come 20min in. He gave a super helpful introduction to surfing prior to going into the water and went over safety precautions as well. Once we were able to properly get up on the board we got into the water. We had perfect weather and a bunch of waves. We got up almost every time and he made sure to give advice when needed. Honestly coolest guy and worth trying. We got some sick photos as well that we did end up getting. That is a separate charge but worth for almost 100photos. If you’re considering doing a private lesson or group lesson, do private. We had a couple groups next to us as well that didn’t have as much success as us but they had 2 instructors to 8 people. Can’t stress enough how worth this experiences was.

It can take time to get up. Just don’t give up. They’re amazing and very patient. They show you everything you need to know before they get you in the water. It was really fun to learn how to surf with my oldest son. I would recommend it to friends and family

I highly recommend these lessons. I had taken a lesson several years ago in Oahu and could never get up and stay up on my board. This time, I was not only getting up and riding the waves all the way in, I was catching the waves on my own. The biggest difference is that our instructor Austin changed up the technique I used to get upright. He acknowledged that sometimes taller people (like me) struggle using the method I was taught at the Oahu lesson. So he gave me a method that worked and I had a blast.

Pedro was a very friendly and good instructor. He was able to get my wife of (59) standing after 2 tries. I was a different story. We won't get into my excuses on how I did cause i can come up with alot. Bottom line is cause I sucked. I have to admit, my wife is better than me.

Excellent instruction. Both my 13yo & 20yo were able to get up and surfing only after a few tries! The coach’s were there, offering consistent instruction and encouragement! 10+ experience.
