The tour is nice. There is no narration - they offer a QR code which plays a guide through your phone. We didn’t bother and I didn’t see many who did. The only let down was the included “drink”. It was either orange juice from a sketchy looking pitcher, or water from another. I paid up for Coke.

The boat doesn't go quite as far as it shows on the map (we don't see all attractions) but beautiful nonetheless.

We did the buffet option. We would strongly recommend against that. The food was not good - don’t waste your money on that. The boat is nothing exceptional - and no communication from crew or captain re sights or landmarks. They do give you the option of tracking the ride with an app that is supposed to give you info re sights as you pass them but it does not.

The booking system is complicated as you are only purchasing a voucher online - you then have to queue (window was closed) to exchange this for a ticket. This should be electronic!!! In addition the trip was more expensive when booked via Viator, the ‘drink’ included was tap water or coffee/tea from a flask & there was no commentary.

It was described as having English audio.
There was no welcome aboard, nothing was said by any member of staff about the trip or pointing out places of interest.
The ship was clean and comfortable and we were offered a drink as advised.

Very relaxing! We do not use the audio guide, though it was available. Get there early if you want to sit outside because it fills up fast.

Long queue and wait to get on boat, the drink included is terrible and unless you in the front half of the queue you have to sit inside. It's not value for money.

The tour was a good view of the shore line, however it was very noisy and children yelling. The drink was a small amount of port and other optioms were cash.

This was a nice way to get a different view of Lisbon and learn a little history. Be sure to bring headphones and download the Blue Cruise app. It provides you with nice audio of all the sights you are seeing. Highly recommended tour !

We thought we were booking a lovely boat tour on the water and instead what we got was an over full, extremely hot, slow boat ride.
The staff on board were not to blame - they tried to make people comfortable but it looked like their hands were tied. It was unbearably hot and we were told the upper deck (outside) was full - the windows were only half opened and no were to go and get fresh air. My daughter was blood red in the face as were a number of other people - it was horrible and not a tour or pleasure at all. Ps the staff know this and have no options to help. This whole situation needs addressing. I hope the right people see this review. DO NOT GO!

If you are not one of the first 50 people to board they do not let you outside. The inside of the boat is unbearable, the windows do not open, and people were close to fainting. The staff are aware of this and have said that they told the owner multiple times to fix this issue, but he will not. The staff urged us to put in a terrible review and asked for a refund.
The “drink” you get with your ticket is not a choice.
Additionally, there is no commentary available. It is just simply sit and look out the window, no music even was provided.

Just a boat on the river. No tour guide to explain things. There's an app you can download but no wifi on the boat. The brunch was lackluster and free drink option was orange juice or water. Pretty views.

A decent river tour, which about justifies the cost. Make sure you download the app to get the guide. Also. You have to ask for your drink, if you want it. Customer service should have been better.

There is no commentary so passengers do not know what to look out for on the trip. The top deck is crowded and in hot sun. The middle decks window can not be opened and the glass is dirty so cannot get fresh air or take photos. There is a very unpleasant aroma, probably from toilets. Don't waste your money.
