The boat trip was lovely and it was so beautiful to see Lisbon from the River Tagus. We also saw a pod of dolphins which was exciting. The perfect activity for a hot Lisbon afternoon. The staff on board were really friendly and there were very reasonably priced snacks and drinks to purchase on board.

A lovely way to spend some quiet time on the river. Amazing views of Lisbon and Belem area from the river gives a different perspective. Staff were friendly and no guide but you can have your own guide on your phone from a QR code.

Relaxing boat ride

Nice quiet ride down the river. Very decent wine and breeze. We were 3 minutes late and they were kind enough to call and put us on the next boat that was an hour wait but there’s a nice lunch place right there

It was just ok. Cheap enough that it was fine. Unfortunately our time slot was cancelled a few hours before and we received a message that we could switch to an earlier time slot. We did switch times but was a bit inconvenient. Also, if you don’t sit on the right side of the boat you can’t see anything. The boat goes up the shore to see the sites like Monument of the Discoveries and Belem Tower. On the way back it goes to the other side of the river shoreline to see the big Jesus statue. The line for drinks goes up the middle of the boat and the line was always busy so if you were on the left side of the boat, people were always in your way of the sites. Tables have 6 seats, so it was also hard to find seats together. Some people didn’t have seats.

It was a good tour. Best sitting position was towards the right of the boat (right of the captain). There was seat for everyone on the boat and it was comfortable. However, those sitting on the left did not get very good viewing.

The boat was nice and it is an activity that I like to do if I have a chance. I not sure if there other landmarks around Lisbon to add to it or maybe sunset would add some value.

Long line in the sun to board, very hot and uncomfortable on board during the cruise, difficult to get a seat up top, they ran out of ice, it was very much a "herding cattle" on/off operation, no customer service, difficulty to get the promised included drinks, bathrooms were clean. saw some decent views. not too bumpy.

We really enjoyed the experience! We chose the 5:30 PM timing, which was perfect—very relaxing and a beautiful time to be on the boat. It was a little crowded, but the boat was big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend it! 🌅⛵

Just a boat ride

I was hoping that this would be an actual tour - with guides sharing information about history and landmarks. It was just a large boat swimming up and down the river. Nice view and cool breeze.

2 hour boat ride

Stranded in Belem

My guess is that this boat experience is lovely if you are not planning to disembark but I specifically purchased the option to get off at Belem to explore a bit & hop back on a later boat. I got on the 11am boat and was told by an employee that the next boat would dock at Belem at 2pm but another employee informed me that boats would be back at 1pm, 3pm & 5pm and I could choose any of those. It was a very hot day so I decided to return on the 1pm boat arriving at the dock at 12:45. No boat came. I figured employee #1 may have been correct so I waited for a 2pm boat which also never came. I attempted to call the number on the ticket - no answer. In the meantime, another boat company came & went 3 times while I was waiting. I ended up taking an Uber from Belem back to the center of Lisbon & am currently requesting a refund.

Extremely poor service

On arrival at the departure location an hour before the allotted time I received notification that the trip had been cancelled due technical problems. I visited the on-site FRS office and was offered later trips, none of which was suitable for our planned itinerary.I was informed that they could not refund the fares as I did not book directly through them. I have messaged Viator three times now without a response. I would not recommend booking through Viator for anything based on this experience.

The trip was 1h 15 min not 1 h 40 min as it was promissed. Boat only went to the bridge and back. I wish i went for other options

A little difficult to find the meeting location. We thought our ticket included drinks but we weren't given a drink ticket. So we didn't have any. Luckily we had a quick lunch before the tour so we were good. No commentary or instructions on what we were seeing but there are free audio guides QR codes that you can use. We didn't use it but used Google to explain the sights.

It’s not really air-conditioned - there’s a small space that might be but the door is fastened open and it’s hotter in there than on the deck once the boat starts moving. That said, it’s a great way to see parts of Lisbon much harder to see from land. Drinks aren’t too expensive.

There isn't any guide, no points of interest were presented. Reference to a YouTube to follow and read. No history, no culture, no interest in tourism and the reason we travel to beautiful places like Lisbon. Would not recommend this tour.
