A lovely way to spend some quiet time on the river. Amazing views of Lisbon and Belem area from the river gives a different perspective. Staff were friendly and no guide but you can have your own guide on your phone from a QR code.

Excellent way to see the sites from the Tejo River. You can easily change from outdoor to indoor seating if it's too hot or windy.

It was ok a nice way to relax and look at sites along the river but no tour guide telling us what we were seeing. It was very hot inside the boat and all seats were taken outside.

My guess is that this boat experience is lovely if you are not planning to disembark but I specifically purchased the option to get off at Belem to explore a bit & hop back on a later boat. I got on the 11am boat and was told by an employee that the next boat would dock at Belem at 2pm but another employee informed me that boats would be back at 1pm, 3pm & 5pm and I could choose any of those. It was a very hot day so I decided to return on the 1pm boat arriving at the dock at 12:45. No boat came. I figured employee #1 may have been correct so I waited for a 2pm boat which also never came. I attempted to call the number on the ticket - no answer. In the meantime, another boat company came & went 3 times while I was waiting. I ended up taking an Uber from Belem back to the center of Lisbon & am currently requesting a refund.

On arrival at the departure location an hour before the allotted time I received notification that the trip had been cancelled due technical problems. I visited the on-site FRS office and was offered later trips, none of which was suitable for our planned itinerary.I was informed that they could not refund the fares as I did not book directly through them. I have messaged Viator three times now without a response. I would not recommend booking through Viator for anything based on this experience.

The trip was 1h 15 min not 1 h 40 min as it was promissed. Boat only went to the bridge and back. I wish i went for other options

A little difficult to find the meeting location. We thought our ticket included drinks but we weren't given a drink ticket. So we didn't have any. Luckily we had a quick lunch before the tour so we were good. No commentary or instructions on what we were seeing but there are free audio guides QR codes that you can use. We didn't use it but used Google to explain the sights.

It’s not really air-conditioned - there’s a small space that might be but the door is fastened open and it’s hotter in there than on the deck once the boat starts moving. That said, it’s a great way to see parts of
Lisbon much harder to see from land. Drinks aren’t too expensive.

There isn't any guide, no points of interest were presented. Reference to a YouTube to follow and read. No history, no culture, no interest in tourism and the reason we travel to beautiful places like Lisbon. Would not recommend this tour.

The boat trip was lovely and it was so beautiful to see Lisbon from the River Tagus. We also saw a pod of dolphins which was exciting. The perfect activity for a hot Lisbon afternoon. The staff on board were really friendly and there were very reasonably priced snacks and drinks to purchase on board.

It’s a quick and inexpensive way to see and learn about Lisbon.
Watch out for the hot sun! Come a bit early and secure a shaded area on the boat.

No frills boat ride . No marking at meeting point and boat showed up a little late. Meeting point was Peir A which was not in directions.

There is nobody telling you what you are seeing. When the boat ride was over we noticed there was a QR code that you can listen to something that describes what you are looking at. But to play it on your phone it's loud enough for people sitting near you to hear. It was pretty much a nothing cruise.

No luxury here and it's not needed. It's a sizeable boat with basic facilities and help yourself app/ QR Code for reading about or listening to a commentary of the sights passing by. There are some very unusual pieces of architecture and the boat provides superb views. Also panoramic views of the City rising upwards from the harbour. Very economical, comfortable seats and completely satisfied.

We left four stars on this excursion because when we got on the boat for the river cruise, there was no explanations, no information about the sites we were seeing. The boat ride was smooth. It was a nice way to see the city from the river

Easy to pre book ticket and locate pick up point by the water. Boat comfortable. Not a cruise if you want descriptions of what you are passing. Goos way to see Lisbon and get off at Belém for 2 hours, to explore.

We chose the morning tour, and it was a fantastic way to start our day in Lisbon. Finding the departure point was incredibly easy, and the boat left exactly on time. Because it was a morning slot, the boat was not full at all. We had plenty of space to move around, take photos, and enjoy the stunning views of the city's coastline without any crowds. The view of the sights in the crisp morning light was beautiful. Just make sure to bring a jacket, as it gets quite windy and cold on the water early in the day! It was a great, relaxing experience that I highly recommend
