A Great Time was Had By All!!!

We had such a nice time leisurely boating with Lisbon Yellow Boat. We launched on time and took a round trip of the harbor which lasted almost two hours. The staff and servers were great and the views of Lisbon from the boat were excellent. Also, the cost of the tour per-person was VERY reasonably. I highly recommend, especially if you have kids. Great way to spend quality time together.

Unfair Boarding Policy

It was an okay experience. The reason for only 3 stars is because after purchasing on line tickets the day before and showing up to get in line (in the heat) for 20+ minutes ahead of the 11am ride the boat tour ran a bit late because we had to wait for a tour group who had purchased the Yellow Boat Tour as part of a Belem day. The tour group were allowed to board immediately and promptly took up all the prime viewing seats on the top of the boat. This seemed very unfair for the rest of us who had purchased tickets ahead of time for the Boat Tour only. Non of this was made clear on the website when we purchased full price tickets. I would not recommend joining the Yellow Boat tour unless you do it as part of a package to receive priority boarding…..:/

It was great to travel right under the Ponte 25 de Abril and to get nearer to see the Christi Rei. The boat gave us the opportunity to see and appreciate Lisbon from a different angle, which was great!

Firstly, finding the ticket booth was a nightmare, there were no clear directions, just an address, visitors have no clue where to start. Then you find a booth they send you to another, with no clear directions, just pure chaos. They had interpreters in several languages which was good, but you could hardly hear so taking the photos while we sail was the best part of this trip. Not a good experience

We never got to go on the cruise as the boat broke down just before it was due to start. We were told to come back a few hours later for the next cruise but the boat was still not working. I am surprised that they only have 1 boat operating and now we are waiting for our full refund

Great views of the city and the opposite side.Four stops in total, 2 in Belém. Photo opportunities for tower and monument to discoveries from the sea. Regular boat service so time to explore and return at leisure. I used the cruise to travel to and from Belém spending many hours there. Recommend this trip. Hx

Highly recommend this tour. We used it to travel from the Arc to Belem Tower. Was able to hop off to site see the Belem area and was able to hop back on to return to the arc. The boat ride was pleasant and the information provided was entertaining.

It was an OK tour. It makes 3 stops 4 including the one where you get on. I bought my ticket online. It's confusing to figure out where to board in the 1st place. Luckily I went to Belem. However, Belem is huge, so I had to walk a few miles to find it. They list more places to board, but the boat didn't actually go there. It also says electronic vouchers are accepted. They prefer you have a paper voucher. The people working the ticket booth had no idea and didn't even want to answer my question about it. They let me on with my electronic voucher after I pleaded with them. You'll want to get off at each stop and walk around. You can only see so much from the boat. If I were to do it again I'd do a bus tour. They offer a boat/bus combo. The people doing that seemed pleased.

Die Schifffahrt soweit sehr schön. Wir sind in Belem ausgestiegen und haben uns alles angeschaut. Als wir wieder am Haltepunkt standen kam zwar das Schiff hat aber nicht angehalten. Es war kein Hinweisschild vor Ort und auch sonst war niemand zu sehen. Wir haben dann doch jemanden gefunden der uns dann sagte wir sollten mit der Straßebahn zurückfahren. Das ist eine Frechheit, wir haben das Schiff bezahlt und jetzt sollten wir noch einmal für die Bahn bezahlen. Sind dann in einen Hop on hopp off Bus von Yellow Tours gestiegen und etwas mit dem Fahrer diskutiert. Zum Schluss hat er uns mitgenommen.
