We regret what happened, but you have absolutely no reason to write on this page and complain about someone we don’t even know. It’s very serious to speak ill of Ytours when you were the one who did everything wrong. you even canceled the payment and were forced to pay. You booked a tour to Fátima and demanded a tour to Fátima that included Lisbon. We did you the favor of including Lisbon, charged you for only one hour, and had to chase after you at the hotel to get you to pay because you leave the car —and worst of all, you returned to your country and canceled the payment. But we at Ytours are very professional, we proved that you tried to deceive us but failed, and it’s not a review like this that will make us change our minds, because we have our customers who are honest and loved the tour..... so like we write we do our job bu you aren't a client!!! The next time becaurful when you buy a tour...because if you buy like you said Fatima + Lisboa you need to havo a voucher whit that and not only Fatima!!!

Worth the drive to Fátima

It was a beautiful drive out of the City to Fátima and Luis, our driver, was great. He provided a lot of background about Lisbon, as well the different areas that we traveled through during the drive. Once we arrived in Fátima, Luis walked us into the center of the complex, provided us an orientation and how to make our way around, and then left us to explore for ourselves with an arranged time/place for when we were ready to leave. All in all, an enjoyable experience.

There is nothing to confirm that you would have a driver and a guide. You bought a private tour of Fatima and it corresponds exactly to what was done. We're sorry that the tour wasn't to your liking, but there was no mistake on our part, and we can accept that you didn't like it, but we can't accept that you put our company's good name at risk. In your case, we even took certain precautions into account to ensure that you received good service: 1 - Several messages were sent suggesting a change of day because the 13th was the day of the second appearance and there would be a lot of people. They didn't accept 2 - Because there was a small child, we upgraded the vehicle and they took a tour in a Mercedes luxury class van. 3 - As is normal and is announced in the program, the tour was done in private and the driver / guide was accredited and able to carry out the tour. Once again, we're sorry that you didn't like the service you hired and received, but we can't take any responsibility because it's up to the client when they buy one of our tours to read the program and when they have any doubts contact us and ask questions. We can't satisfy 100% of our customers because perfection doesn't exist, but it's with a few reviews and suggestions or complaints from our valued customers that we improve our services day by day and satisfy our valued customers and friends more and more. We suggest that the next time you buy a tour, you read the descriptions completely and correctly so that you don't make any mistakes when evaluating the product you're buying. A half-day trip to Fatima from Lisbon is too short. We spent almost 2/3 of the allotted 5 hours driving there & back. Luis was a great driver & tour guide while we were in the car. He explained the story of Fatima & other historical facts of the country of Portugal which were very interesting. Once we arrived, we really only had less than 90 minutes to visit the shrine itself. We did arrive in time for the last half of the English Mass & receive Holy Communion which was very special. Much of the time was spent trying to find the back entrance to the Basilica because the front steps & entrance were closed off. We were able to purchase & light candles to toss into the the fire next to the Chapel of the Apparitions. We also spent a very short time in the immense Basilica of the Holy Trinity. The last 15-20 minutes was spent in line in the gift shop to purchase one small item. Thankfully, Luis was gracious enough to give us this additional time. All in all, I'm glad we visited the Shrine of Fatima, but just cannot recommend the half day excursion if you want quality time at this very uplifting, spiritual place.

Thank you for your comment and I appreciate that you have enjoyed my service. I understand that you wanted to spend more time in the Santuario and that you were disappointed but as they said it was half a day and it was precisely those hours that we did the tour. Also, as explained, this is the time of celebrations for the apparitions of Fatima and as many other pilgrims decided to visit Fatima at that time, which means that the capacity of the Sanctuary reaches almost the maximum and there are longer queues than usual. Anyway I remember asking if they had seen everything they wanted to as there is always the possibility of extending the tour and at the time they were sure everything was ok. once again I am sorry that you did not like it but there are things that are beyond our control and we cannot control the number of people.. As a rule half a day visit is enough but it always depends on what you want to visit. thanks and best regards

I would like to clarify the following: - As you can imagine Fatima is a Catholic place and a tour to Fatima will always be on a topic related to the same where all religions that visit us are always welcome - Regarding the places visited, you say that you visited the church and blessed the purchases, but even because the vehicle has a GPS, I know that you visited Valinhos and Casa de Lucia as well as the entire Sanctuary, having the guide informed that he went to ask that the your purchases, which is not normal to be done by us - At the end of the tour and at your request, the guide was kind and made the drop off in Belém far from the planned place so that you could better enjoy your time in Lisbon - I believe that there are sometimes small flaws or that for some reason you didn't like the guide but he is an excellent professional like all the guides of YTOURS PORTUGAL and if you can check all the other tours we have it was the first time that did not give 5* to our service - But we are glad that your friends who took the tour together enjoyed it as much as you say Thank you very much and greetings Luis Sequeira Gerente

Our driver, Luis, was wonderful. He knew everything!! He was able to provide us with history and local stories, really bringing the area to life, starting from the moment we pulled away from the hotel. Once at Fatima, he walked in with us, gave us an overview of the area and then allowed us time to explore on our own. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

El transporte y chofer bien , solo que se contrató y pago un tour privado con guía en español , y lo recibido fue tour privado solo con chofer en español , de guía no hubo nada , solo nos dejó en Fatima un par de horas y nosotros mismos tuvimos que hacer nuestro propio recorrido y narrativa , sin guía. En esta parte pésima experiencia.

A historia que o senhor conta não é bem assim... o guia que é bastante experiente e nao é chofer como o senhor diz e se ler as condições do tour está explicito que o guia é tambem o motorista...e tambem descreve que apos a introdução e explicação é dado aos clientes tempo livre. Lamentamos que nao tenha gostado mas talvez numa proxima vez leiam que está descrito no tour!!! E se nao gostou porque é que deu propina ao guia?
