Kiara was knowledgeable and friendly, sharing a lot of the historical context of the Portuguese culture. We had a great time walking the city’s main cites and learning a lot about centuries of history and conquerers.
Would highly recommend Kiara since she gave lots of additional context that we wouldn’t have known about otherwise.

Andre was a wonderful guide - his storytelling was on point and made the information easier to remember. Our guide Andre was amazing: very amicable, polite, knowledgeable and kind. Checking that everyone could keep up and hear him well, encouraged questions and comments, which made it more interactive. He had great recommendations for places to visit later on our own, places to eat. My daughter (13) enjoyed it very much and upon our return home shared all the historical knowledge she learned form this with the rest of our family.
TIP: Have comfy shoes! You’ll walk a lot and sidewalks are all made of - beautiful - cobblestones, often uneven. Bring a water bottle, sunscreen. Enjoy!!

This was the perfect introduction to the city. Constança was able to project her good knowledge of the history of her hometown in an interesting way, taking us to the key areas so we could get a real feel for how and when it had been developed.
