From the moment I booked this tour, everything was perfect. The communication and flexibility were spot on before arrival. We picked a meeting point and time, and everything was seamless. I had a couple of changes that needed to be made, and they were extremely accommodating.
When I finally made it to Lisbon, Rui was my driver and guide. He is incredible. Knowledgeable about Lisbon. Anticipated a weary travelers needs extremely well, was thoughtful and kind. My tour was one of a kind and one of my top experiences while on my adventures, thanks to Rui.

Our guide Antonio is great communicator, very knowledgeable, showed us key landmark spots in Lisbon.
We stoped in a lot of places like Belém Tower, Commerce Square, and Alfama District among others.

We arrived to Lisbon in May 2025 on a cruise ship. We booked the cruise rather late and weren't interested in any of the remaining excursions available, so we went out on our own and found this tour on Viator. Antonio met us at the dock a few minutes early and soon our 4 hour adventure began. The Mercedes minivan was comfortable and clean. Water was provided. We were mainly interested in history and monuments as this was our first trip to Lisbon. We also wanted to partake in a few Pastel de Nata, the famous Portugese custard tarts (we went to the best shop in town, in Belém). We drove all over the city and saw all the sights. By the end of the trip, Antonio wasn't just a tour guide, he was a good friend. This is the mark of an excellent guide - a good guide is not only able to take you where you want to go, but is able to make you feel at ease and be as friendly or formal as you want. Antonio did that to a tee. We will definitely ask for Antonio for any future Lisbon trips we make.

Luis was a fantastic guide and a phenomenal driver! We only had a few hours to experience Lisbon and I can honestly say, we saw more than I ever imagined! From the beautiful streets to the incredible views and enlightening stories, this was the best tour we could have picked for our family’s one day stop over in Lisbon. Pasteles de belem not to be missed - they are a real hype for a real reason. Huge thank you to Luis for his recommendations, accommodations for the kids and guiding our day!

Wonderful 4 hours spent with Francisco! We started the day with pouring rain and the street in front of our hotel closed for a parade. Francisco communicated with me a few hours before the tour to make me aware that he would find a spot as close to our hotel as possible, where he would meet us and escort us to his car.
He had umbrellas for us and a large new Mercedes sedan that was very comfortable for our tour around the city.
Fortunately, the rain cleared up within about an hour and a half and we were able to get up close and personal to the sites.
Francisco is extremely knowledgeable about the city and its history as he was born and raised there. He could not have been any nicer and I would highly recommend the tour and especially Francisco!

Lisbon is a wonderful city rich in history and culture. There are so many different neighborhoods to explore each with their own unique restaurants, shops and entertainment. Antonio was quite entertaining on his own with his Formula 1 driving abilities on narrow roadways as well as his classy style. He showed us so much of Lisbon in just 4 hours. He took us to a local gem and provided an array of restaurants and local entertainment to enjoy. He also was very flexible about tailoring the trip to our desires. He was an absolute pleasure.

From the moment we were first greeted by Gonçalo we could tell right away that we were in very good hands. He was warm and friendly. Our Mercedes ”V Class Minivan” was just impeccable and as one would suppose, VERY comfortable. It almost felt las if it was just driven off of the lot.
As we explored Lisbon with Gonçalo, he was an absolute wealth of information about the history and culture of Lisbon. His love and passion for the city was contagious. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience with him, and will definitely request him again when I return to Lisbon.
He was also extremely professional, engaging, and informative. While also being incredibly adept at navigating some of the more narrow streets of the city.
I could go on and on but suffice it to say, that I am truly impressed with Amiroad Luxury Tours. They treat everyone like a V.I.P. and I think it really shows with their staffing, their customer service and the pride they take in their company.
I can't wait to go back!

Vitor was an excellent and knowledgeable guide. We felt very safe with him as with travelled through the beautiful city of Lisbon. We saw many interesting monuments, neighborhoods and sights. He gave us much history about the city. We would highly recommend him as a guide.

The most memorable part of the trip was the knowledgeable António. He was very professional and personable. We experienced Belem (and the unforgettable pastry!), the park and the central city with its winding narrow roads and amazing views of the entire area. We learned so much and came away with a love for Lisbon with a fondness for the people and culture.

António was a great host. He obviously has a passion for history and for sharing his knowledge with travellers. He made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and happy. His car was immaculate and a quiet refuge where we could just relax and enjoy. So happy we chose a private tour as opposed to joining a large group. Would love to go on other tours with António.

I booked this private half day tour, for my teenage daughter and I, to see Lisbon before our cruise. Our driver/guide, Gonçalo, was absolutely awesome! He was on time and patiently waited for us at the airport while we waited in a long customs line. He had excellent communication throughout. Because of the long line at the airport, we lost some time on our tour but Gonçalo went above and beyond to accommodate us and maximize every minute of our tour time. He picked us up in a beautiful and comfortable luxury vehicle, was professional, friendly, very knowledgable, and an excellent driver and tour guide. He offered great recommendations and listened to our requests. It was the perfect way to spend the first part of our day before being dropped off at the cruise port. If you have limited time in Lisbon and want to see the city, this is the best way to do it. I highly recommend Gonçalo!

This was such a wonderful and convenient way to start our visit to Lisbon. We were picked up from the airport and drove out on our tour right away :) Our driver/guide Eliano was patiently waiting for us at the airport and communicating via WhatsApp because our luggage took forever to show up. We requested we wanted to eat vegan Pastel de Nata and he drive us straight over there once we told him where it was available ! He was a veritable trove of information and kept us entertained throughout :) We got to see all the main sites in a comfortable van and in a very efficient manner. Thank you Eliano!

Wir wurden am Flughafen pünktlich erwartet. Das Fahrzeug war sauber, mit viel Platz für 4 Gäste, 4 Koffer und auch noch Handgepäck. Wir haben die Tour gebucht um etwas von Lissabon zu sehen, bevor wir zu einer Kreuzfahrt ab dem hiesigen Hafen aufgebrochen sind. Wasser war für alle Gäste ausreichend vorhanden. Der Fahrer sprach nur englisch, was wir aber schon im Vorfeld wussten. Er hat uns innerhalb von 4 Stunden die schönsten Plätze in Lissabon gezeigt und war für uns auch ein sehr guter Reiseleiter obwohl das gar nicht seine Aufgabe war. Seine Erzählungen über die Stadt waren sehr kurzweilig und auch sehr gut zu verstehen, obwohl unser englischalles andere als perfekt ist. Gerne wieder
