Great communication. Met us in the airport at identified spot holding a sign of our name. Clean, roomy and upscale vehicle. Our flight was late but they still accommodated us.

Gaspar communicated with us in a timely manner when we arrived in Lisboa. He was waiting for us as we exited the airport (LIS). And he provided us with an abundance of bottled water as he expertly navigated the streets to our hotel on Avenida da Liberdade. We would definitely ride with Gaspar again.

Excellent service. Our flight was delayed for a couple hours John kept in touch and insured we were picked up. He was extremely helpful. Very professional. Even made sure we got into our AirBnB. We only used ABC Travel for transportation for the ship to the airport. Gaspar was communicating with me from when I first scheduled (months ago) until the morning of pick up. He was professional and brought us safely to the Lisbon Airport. When we return to Lisbon, I would not hesitate to o use ABC Travel for touring.

our wait is an hour and a half after the flight lands, even so our driver waited two hours, he had another service to follow and couldn't wait for you because you lost a bag, you will have to complain to the airline , it wasn't us who lost your suitcase and we still waited for two hours, when you informed us that it would take another 30 to 45 minutes, that was not possible for us ....

Your reservation is registered with the ones you entered in it and it is very clear, you made a reservation for the 5th of May with a flight arriving in Lisbon at 23:30 .... but, after all, you arrived on the 4th of May and you have the nerve to say that the driver wasn't waiting for you at the airport??? you're an adult and that's why you're old enough to accept your mistakes and not blame others and on top of that you wanted a refund for something that was your mistake .... I'm sorry but you can't accept refunds when people they are liars!!!

John was my driver and he was incredible! I was 20 minutes late getting off of the cruise ship and John was kind enough to both call and wait for me. He got me to the airport in record time and knew exactly where to park to get me and my cane the quickest way into the airport. John even went beyond by getting me a cart for my luggage and personally taking me to my gate in the Lisbon Airport as I did not have any idea where to go. John went above and beyond in both providing transportation, communication and was so helpful to an older lady trying to catch a flight back to the states!

I'm sorry you came to make a FALSE comment!
Your flight arrived two hours late in Lisbon and our driver Patricia was there to transport you. Patricia sent SMS to say she was waiting for you and to meet you in front of Starbucks, you never responded to messages, we have Print Screen of the messages we sent you that prove that we are telling the truth and that you are lying. Also, as you didn't answer the messages, which you received because we have the confirmation of "DELIVERED", Patricia decided to call you, but you didn't answer her calls either.... as we have published, we wait until a an hour and a half for the customer, but if the customer takes longer we can wait but with extra costs, but as you didn't respond to messages or phone calls, after an hour and forty-five minutes Patricia left.
Even so, after you called us, instead of calling the driver who texted you and called you, Patricia said she was going back to the airport in thirty minutes, you didn't respond to Patricia's messages again and she called you from again and you didn't answer and now you come to play the victim?
Not with us, we are very efficient and professional!

drivers were very courteous and helpful. My only complaint is that we had ordered a ride for 8 adults with luggage, and the day before pickup i received a text saying that we would have to order a second van, because they didn't have van big enough for 8 with luggage.

We regret this confusion, but we were contacted via telephone via Viator, and we informed the Viator operator immediately that one van would not be enough to carry 8 passengers and their luggage, so it would be necessary to book two vans as only A reservation has been made and we have contacted you to advise you of this fact as we have experience of the baggage of cruisers, it is normal.
We are saddened that Viator did not give you our directions and we are penalized for this in your assessment.
Besides, I hope it was worth going to Sintra, even if only half the day.
