The pickup service from my hotel and transfer to the airport was absolutely wonderful. He was early, pleasant, and helpful. He literally parked the vehicle and escorted me to the airline counter which made navigating the foreign airport so much easier. He went above and beyond my expectations and I would 100% recommend this company. Thank you.

Our drivers will find the fastest and safest route to get you to your destination on time, avoiding city traffic and other inconveniences. For transfers with pickup outside the airport, the waiting time will be up to 15 minutes, calculated from the scheduled pickup time. As a general rule, each passenger is allowed to take one suitcase and one handbag or personal item with them in our vehicles. There are certain size and weight restrictions to ensure that each passenger's belongings can fit in the trunk. Personal items usually include a handbag, briefcase, or laptop bag that can be easily accommodated or carried by the passenger.

Driver was on time. He kept us entertained with info on architecture & history of Lisbon on the way to the airport. Walked us up to the check-in line. And made sure we knew where to go next. The airport in Lisbon is not easy to navigate. Long security & customs lines.

Great Pickup Hotel to Airport

This pick up could not have been better. We were contacted the night before to suggest an altered pick up time due to expected traffic in the morning. Our driver was waiting when we arrived downstairs, drove us to the airport, as well as took us inside the confusing Lisbon terminal and got us to where we needed to be to check in for flight. Booked a trip from the hotel to Lisbon airport. Lisbon is a wonderful city, but the roads to the airport seem like they were designed by a toddler with a crayon. Our driver took all the stress out of our trip to the airport. He was very friendly and even pointed out some sights to note during our trip. And when we arrived at the airport he carried our bags to the check in counter and gave us tips on which direction to go after dropping off our bags. He turned what was likely going to be a stressful morning into a nice end to a great trip.

Excellent company with unmatched service! Great communications to confirm details/logistics prior to pickup and top notch staff! We were picked up by Bruno in a nice clean car. Bruno was on time, carefully loaded our luggage, pointed out landmarks on the way to the airport and gave us some history nuggets. When we arrived at the airport, he went way above and beyond by showing us where to check in, helping with the bags and some questions we had! Seamless experience with this company...Fantastic guy!!
