We would have loved to go but they cancelled last minute. They gave us an option to reschedule but never answered phone or the mailbox full. I would like my money back Viator.
Crystal and Jen are the best. They made each of us feel at ease and demonstrated all the "extras" that the brave ones could try at each line. It was a great time and one of the highlights of our trip.
The actual experience of the ziplining was a great experience. the professionalism of the guides, not so much. The trip started off with a very fast (I mean 65 MPH through a 25 MPH zone) drive from the shop to the zipline area. Once we got there the guide went through the safety items very quickly, all the time music was loud on his Bluetooth speaker so you could not hear the safety instructions. Music is fine, but not during the only important discussion of the day. Another note on the music, the theme of every song of the tour was about weed, not the most encouraging music to instill confidence in our guides. One more note on safety, one of the guides did not wear the required safety helmet for their trips over the zipline, another example of not taking the safety of themselves or instilling confidence in the guests. I would not recommend this company for this tour. There are other providers in the immediate area. They may take safety (driving and zipline) more seriously.
We wish we could go back & do this again! My boyfriend & I had such an amazing time doing this zip line tour & we got so many great videos & photos. Unfortunately our group was unable to do the 8-line at our originally scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances but they were able to move us to a different time slot the same day, which was an easy fix! The two tour guides we had were so nice and answered any & all questions our group may have had. The tour guides definitely made it so much fun with interesting facts about the island and even offering us some guava to eat, it was delicious & one of our favorite parts of the tour. This tour even helped me get over my fear of heights - kinda! We can’t wait to go back (:
It is a lot of uphill walking on slick red clay. However, the actual zip lining was great! It was fun and beautiful!
We did a bit of research and came across the Shaka Zipline, we are so glad that we booked with them. We had a great time, we enjoyed ourselves and the guys were both great! We would definitely recommend and book again. Thank you for such a great time and experience!
All good fun! Expect to push yourself and be bold! Beautiful views, take lots of pictures and video. Great family and friends adventure with great don’t earth staff and guides
This experience was so much fun. My kids 19, 16 15 years old loved it. My wife who is afraid of heights did this too. She was initially hesitant to go off the platform but she did it and had a great time. Very minimal hiking but nothing strenuous. Kalia and Jaffi were our guides and they were so friendly and patient. They also made sure we were secure and safe before sending us on the Zipline. We all felt safe. They even gave some info on some local food. We got to the office 30 min prior and got set up with our gear. They also have fanny packs you can borrow to put you phone and wallets in or you can bring backpack and leave in van. Once set up, we went for a little drive to location. Beautiful views.
This activity is not for anyone that isnt in top physical condition. Steep climbs on unimproved surfaces.

Great crew and wonderful exciting time. The ziplines are easily accessible with short hike for first one and then easy walks between each. I am 60 and it was nothing but fun and good times with great views. Tristan and Donovan were fun guides and very respectful and attentive to each and every guest.
We had an unforgettable experience on the zip line tour! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The tour guides were not only highly competent and professional, but also incredibly friendly and welcoming—they instantly made everyone feel at ease. Their clear instructions and great sense of humor created a perfect balance of safety and fun. The zip lines themselves were some of the longest I’ve ever experienced, soaring high above the lush landscape with breathtaking views of the coastline and nearby towns below. Every moment was exhilarating, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this adventure to anyone visiting Hawaii—it’s the perfect mix of thrill and natural beauty, made even better by an outstanding team.
The guides were awesome and they felt like part of the group and not just the guides. They w and laughed with us and really made it feel like an adventure. Would definitely do this again!

10/10 recommend! This was such a fun experience. Our guides, Don and Desi, were terrific and so fun. They made the experience so worth it. 9am time slot was perfect and gave such great views of the island.
Chill, friendly guides, beautiful scenery. Try some flips and upside-down hanging, it's fun! Do be careful not to mash your bits while doing it though lol
We absolutely loved our zip lining experience here! The views were breath taking and the guides made the trip even more relaxing, upbeat, and enjoyable. We were so sad when the tour was over and already want to sign up to do it again. Would 10/10 recommend!
This was a fun adventure with my 15yr old daughter! It rained through one zipline and that made the experience even more memorable! The guides were so kind and amazing! We would def do it again!
This was mine and my husband's first time ziplining. It was so much fun. The guides did a great job explaining how each line worked and were there to send us off and pick us up.

I’m 65 and have never done zip lining because I have a fear of heights that I’m working to overcome. This was the perfect zip line experience for that! There were 8 lines and the highest was only 200’ above canopied trees. Our guides julienne and Tristin were excellent giving us instructions on our gear for safety. Although young both were very knowledgeable, encouraging and we told Julien she was a bad ass - small and mighty!! She climbed the wire like a little monkey when someone didn’t quite make it all the way to the landing. She amazed us as did the adventure. I would highly recommend this to first timers!
If you like to zip line, this was fun and Dez and Tristan were so much fun. I did not go upside down but several others did.
Very convenient, fun and well run operation! Everyone was super nice and the zip lines are accessible for almost all ages!

Such a great experience. The check in was easy, there were clean bathrooms ahead of time, and wonderful safety measures throughout the experience. Loved all the zip lines, the views were incredible, and our two guides were so much fun!
