Upon booking an email with be sent you with the address of the pick up location, a photo of the pick up location and a google maps link of the pick up location. Important Diamond Head Tour Information For your Diamond Head tour, all guests must ride with our tour transportation. Self-transportation (Uber, taxi, walking, or personal vehicle) is not allowed, as the entrance requires passing through a tunnel and showing tickets before entry. Guests arriving on their own will be turned away.

It was absolutely wonderful. Had a great time. Beautiful. Eric our driver was friendly and nice. It was our first time e in Hawaii, would definitely recommend that if you can , definitely do the diamond head hike. Its a lot but we'll worth it

The driver was friendly and knowledgeable. The tour could be a half hour longer to give more time at the summit, after the climb.

The view is beautiful from near the top. It get very hot climbing up. Go early in the morning
Around 8 a.m. we went later and it was very hot.

This hike is not easy if you don’t at least work out or walk daily it is difficult. Views are amazing to see and take pictures but if you are not physically fit I do not recommend it. We watched a women be airlifted off this trail.

Make sure to do the early one cause it does get hot. It was great hike, beautiful views and the guide that picked us up was very knowledgeable in a lot of fun.

The best hike ever. Not so hard going up. It was just so crowded with people and so slow going up. There should be a slow and faster lane. Overall, it was a great hike. I will do it again next time .

If you have prescription polarized sunglasses, the tunnel is very dark. Use your phone flashlight, so you’re not surprised at a misstep.

Wear sunscreen and bring lots of water. It gets hot and humid with no breeze at some points. The hike is totally worth the view.

Matthew pointed out points of interest during the pick up of guests on the way to Diamond Head. He managed quite well without the use of a headset. However, on the return trip, he emphasised that he was becoming hoarse, yet continued waffling on about himself and his lifestyle & hobbies, along with how many times he had done this tour, to the point of self appraisal and superfluous information. The is essentially a pick up and drop off. The hike is self guided.

2 hours not enough time to really enjoy the hike and take in all the sights shuttle driver needs to atleast lower face mask when taking no one could understand what he was saying

Go Tours are not reliable. They changed the venue and time of our meeting place at short notice and we were not made aware with sufficient time. There was no call made to us when we failed to show up at the new venue and time. We managed to book onto a later tour that same day and observed that other clients who were late at the pick up point were afforded a courtesy call from the driver.

Great hike! Beautiful scenery and you can feel the history. Take your time and you’ll get there. It’s not a difficult hike per se, however I’m from Montana and the low altitude made a difference. Well worth the time!
