Michael was delightful. He knew so much about Denver and the ghost stories attached. I loved hearing him narrate Denver history.
I went on a Tuesday after Halloween, and only one person signed up. I actually enjoyed only walking with two other people.

Quite a bit of walking so make sure you wear good shoes. The guide shared some ghosts stories and also shared a lot of information about Denver and its sorted past.

This was far more than just a haunted tour. This was a walking tour of downtown Denver! My group was a small, intimate tour of five travelers who were all willing to share their thoughts and experiences. Not only did our guide Logan know his stuff, but seemed like the kind of guy I’d want to go party with! He gave us the low down on all the creepy stories that had derived from Denver's long history along with some seedy stories of prostitution and murder and threw in some mysterious building where security seemed to be pretty tight. Logan even took us past piano bars and street musician while giving us a little insight on the local karaoke bars and restaurants. Indeed, this was far more than just a “haunted tour.” A tour that was well worth the price.

Amazing, very informative and our guide was personable, which I greatly! My hubby and I were not well versed with Denver, CO so as we learned about hauntings, etc., we were also able to see what was around the area, too.

I appreciated that the group was small- only 9 people total. The tour guide told us it was her first time doing that tour, so she often had to rely on her phone to get us where we needed to go- I feel we lost valuable time of the tour when this happened. Most of the tour was walking around more than stopping and really explaining what had happened. I was expecting more of an in-depth, truly, spooky experience. I felt it was a more ‘history of downtown Denver’ than a true ghost tour. I was disappointed. I would not do this tour again.

Our tour guide was a nice guy, but the stories he told were bland and obviously fake. It was supposed to be an adults only tour, with good, dark historical stories and the only adult thing mentioned was one cuss word.
Many people in our group left within the first 30-40 minutes (including us). And the only scary part was the tour catching up with us and spooking us so..

Guide was nice, another guide joined and had some input to add but mostly surface level on the research.
More walking than talking. Stories were hit or miss not much historical facts about the buildings or the back stories of the people who died their. Just walked a huge circle with the guide who was more excited about the 7Eleven sitings than historical stories.
Group management was hard with the guide starting stories before all were together.
We would have loved to hear more about the tunnels and brothels etc...
