A great treat to see aspects of the low country. The Angel Oak is magnificent, the tea garden is unique, and the winery is a fun ending. Jay was a great host and very knowledgeable of the area!

This was a great, small group tour that started at The Angel tree, onto Charleston Tea company where we had plenty of time to shop, tour the factory and take the tram through the property. Then off to a winery to relax, sip wine and grab some food. the guide was great

My spouse and I chose this tour because it was the only one that stopped at Angel Oak, a destination recommended by a friend. Pickup was seamless at the Visitor’s Center. Angel Oak was the first leg of our tour, but before we even arrived, Jay provided enough Charleston and Low Country history to make the tour worth it. The tea garden (Charleston Tea Company, a working farm) was super educational and relaxing since we got to sip as much tea as we wanted. Moving on to the winery, there was an oyster festival that day. We grabbed a late lunch and drank plenty of wine samples and cocktails. After the trip was over, we agreed the trip was one of the best tours we’ve booked on vacation.

Leeann is super nice and knowledgable! This is a great small group tour with a max of 10 people. The Angel Teee is stunning and must be seen in person. The Charleston Tea Garden has free cold and hot tea to drink while you tour the farm and learn about how tea is made. Deep Water Winery wine tasting was super fun and educational! They have live music, and a food truck. Although this is a tour with a time limit, I never felt rushed. It was the right amount of time in each spot to enjoy the sights.

Everything about this tour was perfect. Jay was a great tour guide. He shared interesting information while also allowing us to get to know others in the group. We met great people from all over the place and enjoyed the activities that made up the tour. There was even an oyster festival at the winery which made it even more fun. We would definitely do it again and encourage anyone looking for a fun-filled, relaxing, outing to go with this tour!

I'm always skeptical about tour, but Jay was absolutely amazing! Our best day in Charleston was on this tour with him. He was insanely knowledgeable about anything we asked him. He even took us back through town to show us some of the architecture of the early buildings. Well worth the price and time!

Leanne was a fantastic host that made sure our every need was met and was especially accommodating with the hubby who has mobility issues. She provided information about each of the places we visited plus information about the area we visited. Highly recommend Leanne and each of the places we visited.

I’d definitely recommend this tour. Lee Ann was an excellent guide and driver. The Angel Oak tree is as beautiful as it an be. The tea tour will TEAch you a few things you didn’t know about TEA! And finally the wine tasting was great. We had enough time at each stop to walk, take pictures, buy souvenirs and drink wine.

A lovely way to spend a day out of the city, without the need for a car. Great fun experiences visiting the tea garden and vineyard. Leanne was a great host for the day trip, and a lovely way to meet other travellers. Beautiful scenery and fun experiences- definitely recommend.

Great day in the low country

Leisurely pace. Learning about the tea plantation was the most enjoyable part. Winery is only marginal, so don’t do it just for the wine tasting. Angel tree was an awesome thing to see. Leann was a fabulous host and tour guide.
