Meet your guide at the Charleston Maritime Center in downtown Charleston 30 minutes prior to departure, and check in at the blue and white ticket booth onsite. Learn the basics of onboard safety before heading out into the Charleston Harbor. This is not a narrated tour, but the captain and first mate will be available throughout the sail to answer questions and point out local landmarks.
Cruise under the iconic span of the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge as navigate along the scenic harbor, and enjoy an mellow playlist of music. See the Battery, Fort Sumter, Fort Moultrie and Charleston’s scenic lighthouses from the water—with unobstructed views, this is the perfect time to snap photographs of the iconic landmarks.
Relax on deck for nature’s sunset show: the sun sets directly over the land, lighting up the clouds and waterfront. Soft drinks, beer and wine are available for purchase, and you’ll finish your harbor cruise back at the Maritime Center, close to some of downtowns best bars, restaurants and cafes.

- Paid parking is available in the SC Aquarium Parking Garage (5 minute walk) or at the parking meters on Concord Street. Please keep in mind that street parking can sometimes be difficult to find. The Charleston Maritime Center (owned by the City of Charleston) sadly does not offer parking to the public. However, passengers are allowed to be dropped off. As you get closer to the water look for the blue & white Sandlapper Tours ticket booth on the left dock. Feel free to call if you have questions or need help.

Mike shared so many fun stories about the region, he is very knowledgeable about the areas history as well as the current local "tea" . Capt. Mike and Nicole were very friendly and hilarious. They both made the boat ride fun and an absolute great time. Capt. Mike’s antidotes of the sights made the trip that much more fun. Would recommend this to anyone considering the experience.

Captain and Ree were so wonderful! Very personable and fun! They played great music and we were laughing the whole time! It was a great balance of fun and informative. To make it even better we saw many dolphins!

My boyfriend and I had the best time on this sunset boat cruise. Mark and Chase were just fantastic. They gave us a great tour, stopped to see dolphins, showed us a beautiful sunset and even took pictures of each party on the boat. I’d recommend to anyone visiting. We did this our first night and it gave us a great overview of Charleston and the surrounding areas.

This cruise is a great way to see the habor and have so much fun. Our Captain was Hilarious and full of interesting information. The weather was overcast and windy, but in 30 minutes the waves settled and the wind died down. The Sunset came out and it was spectacular. The two hours went by too fast.

So much fun! We lucked out and saw several dolphins. The captain JP and the first mate Rhi, were very friendly and knowledgeable. I learned so much about all the sights. Great music and great commentary! Definitely a good time!

Captain Mike was extremely knowledgeable about Charleston South Carolina as a boat Captain he showed us the most amazing sunset I ever saw! He also was extremely good with its history.

Captain was knowledgeable & paced his guide information so he wasn't talking more than needed. He slowed several times at dolphin sightings to give us a chance to see them & encouraged us to take sunset pics near the end, giving everyone the time & space to do so. He was lighthearted with stabs at humor.

A fun and beautiful way to see Charleston from the water. We all had a great time on this harbor cruise, better than other ones that I’ve been on before. It was a small-ish boat and not overcrowded so it didn’t feel uncomfortable like others I’ve been on. The captains were great, good music, very entertaining.
