We celebrated my husband’s birthday, and everything was absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere was amazing, the service was outstanding, and the entire experience felt special from start to finish. It truly made his birthday unforgettable. Ten out of ten — I would definitely recommend this experience and we plan on going again in the near future!

Overall it’s a nice time but there are some annoyances. First it was not crystal clear that the desert was not included in the 3 course meal. Seating is strange as there are tables for 2 but it apparently those bookings are handled separately. Not very romantic or intimate sitting with stranglers. Not a lot of time for watching the scenery as the meal is served over most of the cruise. It’s also pretty loud. But overall it is pretty enjoyable.

We boarded at 7pm, sat down and they took our drink orders. We got our soup (first part of the course) by 7:45pm but then the salad and remainder of the course we didn’t get until 9:00pm. We were the very last table served, towards the back, so that might have been part of the reason it was so late. But right behind our table was a curtain covering up where the guy was scraping off the dirty dishes. It was so loud because he was banging the plates and throwing the silverware. It was hard to even hear each other talk at times. From the time we got our drinks until the time our main course was served, our server only came to our table once or twice. The soda we ordered at 7:30pm was then flat by the time it was time to eat. The server definitely was more attentive to another table beside us because they kept ordering alcoholic drinks (which costs extra). Then found out that dessert was an added fee. The description for the cruise says 3 course meal included, they should not have charged extra for the dessert, especially after paying $100 a person already and paying for drinks on top of that (only iced tea was comped). Also every table except for 2 or 3 of the tables didn’t even get any rolls at the very beginning, they ran out. How do you run out of bread if they knew how many people were signed up for the dinner? There was a guy there who looked like he was the manager/supervisor. He was just going back and forth to the kitchen and bar. Would have been nice if he had gone up to each table to ask how things were or apologized for things taking so long. Right before we were supposed to get our main entree the server said “sorry they ran out of salmon, so they’re cooking you a fresh one now.” When our food came out it wasn’t even hot. The ship was nice and the weather and sunset were great. The music was great, even though it was kind of hard to hear at the very back of the boat with all the clanging from the dishes going on. I really think they need to make announcements on when the courses will be coming out, that way people could walk around the ship while they’re waiting instead of worrying about missing when the food arrived. We got the dessert about 10 minutes before we had to get off the boat. It would have just been nice to have been served the food earlier on, so we weren’t eating so late.

Enjoyed the live music, enjoyed the food. Our server was not good at all. He would act like he didn’t see us and helped every other party that was around us. Had to constantly ask for refills for tea and one time he brought my husband unsweetened tea and we didn’t ask for that. He told the other tables around us that desert was included but told us that it was not included with our meal. I asked for a straw and he said they have any and I said that the lady server on the other side of the room gave her tables straws and he tells me that she brought her own. My husband and I were very disappointed with our server. But besides having issues with our server we enjoyed the dinner cruise with the live music very much. We will definitely be doing this again.

Long wait for food and drinks. The food wasn’t that good. The music was bad. It was a bad experience will not be back. Spent to much money for the experience.

The place to pick up your tickets is right where you board. Many reviews made this very confusing, but it is right there at the dock. You are seated with others you may not know. We had family we met there and were seated together. Dinner was good, everyone was happy with their meal. Service was good and it was a nice evening. It was a bit brisk the night we went so we did not venture out of the dining room. This is a good event and is not weather dependent as the dining room is completely indoors.

Organized, easy in and off the ship however the food was terrible. We couldn’t hear the music, it was a one man show. He was good just couldn’t hear from our table. No sightseeing or pointing out of sites. Just food and boat and you could go on top deck for pictures of sunset.

The cruise itself was fun and the food was good, but nowhere on the reservation did it mention we needed to go to a window to get a boarding pass instead of using the pass that was provided in the app. Would have been nice to know instead of sitting in the line to board the ship to just get sent elsewhere to then go back in line.

Excellent experience all around. Everything was great from the service to the food and experience. We went in February and are planning on doing another one in the summer. The only complaint was that the air was humid in the dining area.

It's not romantic because you're seated at tables with people you don't know and you're crammed in there like sardines. The cruise goes in circles like the Indi 500. On the other hand, the staff is very nice, the food is excellent and the entertainment sang all kinds of music.

Very nice experience, good food, good service. The live music was nice too. You pay for drinks extra, even tea, and dessert if you want it. Not the best dinnner cruise I've been on, but recommend.

Very nice trip around Charleston with dinner but I wish it was scheduled a little earlier. You get to see Charleston and the sunset but as the night progresses you cant see much out.

The weather was perfect, the food was delicious and the service was warm. There was a guitarist who provided a nice atmosphere and though calling it "luxury" is a misnomer, I still highly recommend it for a unique and fun experience!

This was my second time. Food was good but not as good as 9 years ago. Supposed to be 2.5 hrs but the boat docked 20 mins early..we were enjoying the view after dinner but it was cut short.
