What an honor to help celebrate a Birthday with y'all. Loved the fact that you had lived in SC in the past , and I hope I helped you reconnect with our wonderful area and traditions. Remember you do not age if you celebrate your Birthday in Charleston.
Please come again and again.
Most sincerely,

Ann is an excellent tour guide and our time with her was one of the highlights of our trip to Charleston! Ann is a true local, born and raised in Charleston and knows the history and all of the ins and outs of this city. She is passionate about sharing her love of Charleston and its history with visitors and we learned so much during our tour. Ann went above and beyond her duties as a tour guide, first by allowing us to reschedule our original tour time when inclement weather would’ve made the original agreed upon time miserable. She also gave us plenty of excellent suggestions for restaurants, museums and other places of interest to visit during the rest of our time in Charleston. Ann is a gem and will make anyone’s trip to Charleston memorable. Highly recommend a tour with her!

You all are such lovely guests - I was honored to share my city with y'all.
I am certain our paths will cross again and I look forward to that time.
Most sincerely,
Ann Garris

Ann went out of her way to ensure we had an enjoyable and safe walking tour when much of the city was shut down due to snow and ice. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about Charleston and we enjoyed her stories.

Ann Garris was a fabulous tour guide. My friend Matt and I absolutely loved our walking tour and learning the history of Charleston from a lifelong member of the community. Ann brought the history of Charleston to life.

Ann’s walking tour was the highlight of our trip to Charleston! We truly enjoyed the tour and would recommend Ann to anyone! She has lived here all her life and has so many interesting and personal stories to tell about the city, the residents and the history. It was a great introduction to the city and she offered many great recommendations for other activities and restaurants.

Ann was brilliant! All the reviews were 100% correct. Her knowledge, background, and experience made all the difference on this tour. She was extremely responsive, took the time to meet and greet every guest, and tailored the tour to meet our needs. As someone who has lived here 20 years, I couldn’t believe how much I learned about the city’s rich history. She took us down some of the most beautiful streets and showed us beautiful architecture and gardens. I would do the tour again. My business colleagues loved it!

Ann was a wonderful guide! She spoke so easily and knowledgeably about Charleston. Our time with her flew by. Honestly we could have spent the whole afternoon listening to the history she relayed and the personal perspective she brought to her stories. We highly recommend her to anyone visiting Charleston, especially first time visitors like my husband and me

Ann is an amazing guide and story teller, wrapped up in an energetic, friendly and joyful personality. She brought history to life as she showed us around Charleston--where she has lived her whole life as did four generations before her! Our favorite experience while in Charleston--a must do!

Ann was so informative about the history and curious details of her Charleston! We walked away a little smarter and more intrigued. We can’t wait for our next trip to explore further based on our time with Ann. In her words… Charleston is a city of History, Mystery and Preservation
