Lots of stairs. No elevator access. Mostly outside but somewhat covered. Bring your own water. Be prepared to move at a decent speed. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He carried a hand-held speaker so everyone could hear his narrative.

What a great tour - one of the best! Our guide, William S., is extremely knowledgeable about Fenway and enthusiastically shared that with us!
