Our guide will meet you across the street from the Dunkin' Donuts at the entrance to the Boston Commons near the Visitors Center. Your guide will be wearing a black US Ghost Adventures t-shirt and carrying a lantern. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour.

Super fun!! I live in Boston and hadn’t heard most of these stories or even all the sites. Our guide, Harlan, was awesome and informative. The tour is a lot of standing and walking so be prepared for that. It did last a bit longer than the hour time slot as well, there are quite a few stops made. Overall great experience and totally worth the trip :)

I kindly request that this feedback remain private to spare the guide's feelings. Maisie appears to be a pleasant young woman, but evidently new to leading tours. Her soft-spoken, scripted delivery fell short of the advertised "highly entertaining" experience. She seemed uncertain with her material and dates, and was unprepared for questions, even apologizing for the tour's shortcomings. I would appreciate a refund from Viator.

Host was boring, the tour was slow and there were only four stops. The destinations were right next to each other but we were paraded in circles to use up the time. Opt for another vendor. Definitely not worth the $125 i spent.

The tour guide didn’t respond to my messages. When we arrived, there was no one there and nobody answered the phone number given. My children and I have been looking forward to this opportunity for quite some time. I hope we receive a full refund.

If you want a quick jaunt around the Common coupled with some fantastic story telling, this tour is for you. Rachel, our guide, wove a great narrative and kept us involved. I learned some rather interesting facts about Boston in earlier centuries that were on the darker side. If you want something a little touristy, this tour is a good choice.

I have done plenty of ghost tours. This one was by far the worst one. Our tour guide sounded robotic and bored. The tour was short and the stories were boring.

The tour guide didn't know anything....kept telling us to look it up. He was high and kept jumping around forgetting what he was talking about....we are leaving half way through to go get desserts and drinks because this is ridiculous...

Tour guide was a very poor speaker and while it almost seemed like it was his first day, we found a review of the same guide from October of 2023. Would be a fine (not great, but fine) tour for parents with kids age 6-10 but me and a few friends (20+) went and had a poor time. Didn’t tell us exactly where to meet so we had to fumble around the Boston Common for about ten minutes. Definitely not worth the $30 per person.

We are requesting a 1/2 refund of $30 to AMEX. Our guide, Josh, was unprepared, didn’t remember the stories for the stops, and seemed “nervous and scared” to be leading the tour. A female guide took over halfway through, but by then most had lost interest.

We had a great tour guide. Her name is Noel , what a sweetheart! She was very knowledgeable of the city history and the surroundings. She answered everybody’s questions. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone wanting to know more about Boston.

Amber, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the haunted places. However, I thought we were getting on the ghost adventure trolley and riding around town and to other haunted places. I have a disabled foot and it was extremely uncomfortable and hard to walk around town. I won’t take the tour again.

This tour was less of a ghost tour and more just a tour with some spooky stories. Another party on our tour brought several very young children (maybe 5-7 years old??), and I feel our tour was censored / dumbed down as a result, which was frustrating.
We have gone on ghost tours in several other cities, and they were better than this tour.
