Really fun day trip to Salem. The pick up and drive was easy and low stress. Very friendly guide and the tour was very well organized. Loved learning the history of the area. Highlights for me were the candy store and the House of the Seven Gables. Overall very fun day.

Rory was an excellent tour guide. The tour includes the witches museum which lol was not that exciting but just ok. The House of Seven Gables was really interesting. Plenty of time to wal the town. Highly recommend

It was a great day learning about the history of the Salem Witch Trial. We had a trolley tour and the tour guide on the trolley was excellent driving around the city and listening to the history of Salem. After the trolley we went to the Witch's Museum and learned interesting facts. If you have time, you need to visit the Witch's house too. We had approximately 2 hours for lunch and shopping. I wished we had 2 1/2 hours instead of 2 hours. Afterwards we proceeded to the oldest candy shop in the US. Then we headed to the House of the Seven Gables guided by a tour guide. This was very interesting, especially the hidden staircase in the house! The tour was excellent to learn about the history of the house. I would highly recommend this tour. We were back in Boston by 5:00pm.

Fun filled day. After we arrived in Salem, we did a trolley tour of the city. Was a nice tour, but the mic was not working. We could not hear the guide. But we saw a lot. We did the Witches museum and the Seven Gables house. Had a good history lesson in each place. I would recommend this tour to any one who has never been to Salem. Our shuttle driver was wonderful also.

The driver did not pick us up at our hotel. He had the wrong Hyatt. He wouldn’t drop us off at the Hyatt Regency Harbor either. We didn’t know Boston. It was a stressful day. I had to pay for two Ubers to get to Salem then a random downtown Boston dropoff point to our hotel. I spent $90 I didn’t intend to and I never would have booked the tour if they weren’t going to pick up or drop off at our hotel. The Witch Museum was ok but kinda boring. The trolley was good and thorough. The last guided tour was of Nathaniel Hawthorne’s house and another.The guide Stephen was excellent. He was really into it.

Hi Jennifer, thanks for the message. We did not go to the wrong hotel. You were given a hotel location and time the day prior, since you were not staying downtown. You missed your pickup time. My driver was gracious enough to offer you an alternative. You also missed that pickup time. Your only option was to uber to Salem to meet the rest of the group. Although I understand your frustration, I believe it’s unfair for you to not take accountability. You were not given a refund because you were given multiple opportunities to meet with the group at various locations. I’m so very sorry for your experience. I hope you had a great rest of your stay in Boston .

Great day in Salem. There was lots to see and do. The trolley tour was a great start to the day, the witch museum was so so, & the house of 7 gables was great. Rory was an excellent driver & an informative guide! All of his recommendations for things to do & places to eat were 10/10 & so is he!

This tour had the history of Salem done in several entertaining presentations with a trolley tour, the witch museum and a tour of the house of seven gables. There was also sufficient free time to eat and shop.

A well organised tour. Our guide, Rory gave a detailed history of Salem. The tour included skip the line admission to the Salem Witch Museum which was very atmospheric and interesting. We had free time to explore Salem on our own. Finally we visited the House of the Seven Gables for a guided tour by Stephen which was very interesting. The transport arrangements were very good

Hotel pick was convenient. Quick drive to Salem. Snacks and water available on the van. This day trip included 3 tours, a city tour, the Salem Witch Museum and the House of Seven Gables. However, there was also plenty of time to explore on our own!

Matt was our tour driver. He took the time to explain us about Boston and Salem. I’m giving a 4 star because I don’t think the Salem Witch Museum is worth a visit. We did enjoyed the tour in The House of the Seven Gables and the food at Finz with ocean view was delicious!! Overall a nice tour!! Thanks Matt for the dinning list! Great recommendations!!

I appreciated the direct pickup and return to my hotel. I loved this tour because it was more than witch stuff, which was great. It was also neighborhoods, and stories, and shopping, and time to wander. It was well worth the cost.

Make sure you read every single email & text and be waiting for a phone call the day prior for pick up times. Everything I got said a 9:00 am pick-up at my hotel. I read emails but they pertained to people who could not be picked up at certain locations. I never saw 2 phone calls that came in because we were busy being tourists all day. If my operator had text me the night before, I would have gotten the message! Anyway, I was in my lobby at 8:45 for a 9:00 pick-up. The driver said I missed him. We lost $400! Horrible.

Yes, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do if you don’t check your messages. It clearly states in several locations on all of our listings, checking messages is YOUR Responsibility. I called and left you a voicemail the night before with a pick up time at your hotel and kindly asked if you give me a call back or shoot me a text confirming you received my message. No response. I called again the morning of the tour and left you another voicemail with no response. I sent you three text messages while sitting in front of your hotel waiting. When you never communicated back, I went into your hotel lobby to look for you with no one insight. At that point, we have to assume you’re not showing up for the tour. We truly do not like to leave people behind, but there’s nothing we can do if people don’t check their messages. You may call me directly next time you’re in Boston and I will assist you over the phone with any future tours you wish to take. Thank you!

My family, which includes two teens, generally enjoyed the day. The trolley and The House of the Seven Gables tours were good. The Salem Witch Museum was a bit odd, none of us liked it. Our driver, Rory, was great, had all of our tickets, got us everywhere we needed to be with good pacing, and had recommendations for places to eat during our free time. I think the verdict amongst our group is that Salem is a bit over-rated, though I'm sure it's more fun around Halloween. Though that's not a fault of the tour company. I subtracted a star because we were informed the day prior that they would not be taking us back to our hotel because of it being the 4th of July. However, traffic was absolutely fine that time of day and there were no road closures. Even hours later much closer to fireworks time, everything was open. We were dropped at Long Wharf which is a 45 minute walk from our hotel. We took the T, but it was still a haul. I feel like some of the cost should have been refunded for the trouble. A big part of the reason we booked a tour company was to take care of getting us there and back from the hotel.

This was such a lovely tour. Nice AC van. Our driver was fabulous. Enjoyed the Trolly. We lunched at Turners Seafood...very good. The witch museum was well done. I spent $$$ The story is so sad re trials but it was good to learn what happened. Went into the Pentigram shop and bought stones for strength power safety etc. Visited the wall/benches where trials took place and cemetary. Thoroughly enjoyed the House of Seven Gables and the story of Nathaniel Hawthorne. Overall, xlnt day.

Great and safe driver, very knowledgeable, and amazingly kind and helpful. Hit all the sites and got plenty of time to walk the city on our own and do a little shopping. My family is a small family with a teenager and they enjoyed the trip. I highly recommend.

Wonderful trip! Entertaining and enlightening. Rory, our driver, was great. He interacted with us and gave us great tips on where to go and what to eat both in Salem and in Boston. We brought our granddaughter on her high school graduation trip to Boston, and she said this was the highlight of her trip. Thanks, Rory, great job!

Easy trip from Boston hotels to Salem, we got Rory how normal does not do this trip. But he was a wealth of information and very helpful and respectful to all the guests. I would recommend the trip with theses guys for sure. Given plenty of time to look around and entry into the key places like the 7 Gables House, and the Witch Museum.
