This was one of the...
This was one of the funniest tours I’ve ever taken. The guide was engaging, energetic, and absolutely hilarious from start to finish. And yes — we actually learned some history along the way too. Honestly, it won’t even matter how much historical information you retain because the experience itself is just so much fun. Without a doubt, this was one of the highlights of our time in Philadelphia.

Delicious and Organized
Jason was our tour guide. This guy is awesome. He spoke with so much excitement, told us all about the dishes and how they are part of Philadelphia's history, he also talked about other Philadelphia's restaurants original stories. He maneuvered us through a super busy market with such ease and handle our food with great care. The logistic of the tours were on point and ALL the dishes were tasty.

Fabulous tour!
This tour started on time and had a great mix of walking and then stopping for a few minutes (usually in the shade 😁). Our tour guide was knowledgeable, personable and had just the right amount of entertaining jokes and comments. We saw lots of great historic areas and learned details we had never heard before. The 1.5 hour length was perfect. We would highly recommend this tour!

Great walking tour of Philadelphia
“Our walking tour of Philadelphia was both entertaining and eye-opening. Our guide Joseph was personable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the city’s history. Through his storytelling, I came away with historical insights I never expected — including the true origins of the Liberty Bell as an abolitionist symbol, and the surprising questions around the Betsy Ross flag legend. Joseph has a gift for bringing history to life in a way that is accessible and memorable. Highly recommend!”.

Philadelphia tours prove that there’s more to the City of Brotherly Love than its role in the American Revolution. With a local expert, you can marvel at the murals and Magic Gardens of South Philly, feast on cheesesteaks and tomato pie in the city’s historic markets, and roam the stately mansions and gardens of Brandywine Valley. Of course, you’ll also want to follow the footsteps of America’s founding fathers and earliest citizens, which you can do on historian-led tours of Independence Hall, Elfreth’s Alley, and the President’s House that predates the White House.
