Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. Our tour guide was not engaging, we were unable to hear her majority of the tour. We mentioned early on that we were unable to hear and asked if there was a way to increase volume. She stated she could go downstairs to turn up the volume but she didn’t want to at that time and she would go after we stopped at the Rocky steps (45 minutes into the tour!). I’m not sure that happened because we were never able to hear. She stated the engine gets loud. She said “I’m from Jersey, so I talk fast”- not sure if that’s a great way to give a tour- but I just decided to enjoy the sites and forgo trying to hear about the sites- low volume, low energy, and quickly delivered. This was a tour I was happy to see end.

A little hard to see and even tracking which building is which in the dark is difficult with so many descriptions. Was a nice night so good to tour the town. Tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. There is no place at all to go to the restroom on the trip, so plan well.

Fun tour with so much information about the sites and history. Tour started before dusk (August) and were able to see many of the sites while still light outside. As the sun sets the city lights up beautifully highlighting historical buildings and statues. This was our 1st tour of the city and helped orient us and decide which sites we wanted to visit the following day. Great tour!

I’ve personally been to Philly numerous times and never thought to do a tour bus. We a work meeting in Philly this week so my colleagues and I thought it would be a great idea to do a bus tour. Glad we did! The tour was amazing and very informative. If you’re in the Philly area for the first time, I definitely recommend doing this bur tour.

Bring a poncho in case it rains! No umbrellas allowed on the bus. Hillary was great! She was extremely knowledgeable. She was the perfect person to share all the Philly info. I would go back again but I would love to go at night!

I would have put 0 if I could. We were literally 1 minute after 8pm, the merchant called us to confirm we were coming & we told them we were almost there (1 minute from pick up location) & they left.

We spent a few days in the city and on our last night we realized there were a few sites we hadn’t seen. This tour provided a great overview of all the key sites. Seeing them at night added a lovey new perspective even to the things we’d already seen. Wish we’d done this tour our first night in town.

Granted it was a night tour and rain happens. However this tour guide was not
Prepared. There was no speech or information about what might happen if it rains. There weren’t seats enough below

Which a little rain is fine but when lightening came out of no where cracking around us it was obvious she had no procedures in place except to say “we should be okay”. When we tried to move downstairs she got mad I dicating it was not safe to stand or sit so better to sit in the rain and lightening on the metal roof. She also stated “I’m tired and so this tour isn’t going to be that great. “. Would love another chance with another guide or

The tour was pretty and a good way to decide what you want to see when you do your own touring. It started pouring rain on us so I would recommend to check the weather before going and to be prepared for any circumstance.
