Carriage Ride Better than Walking

Britta did a great job of projecting her voice for every one to hear her despite all the noise around us. She was engaging and delivered her stories with engery and enthusiam and her comedic timing was perfect. Her eye contact and facial expressions made the stores come alive. Interesting afternoon with the gators!

Cajun Encounters is definitely a well established, well run tour company. They have excellent staff, drivers and tour guides. The swamp is such an interesting area to see and our tour guide, Aaron, was very knowledgeable. Bottom line, if you’ve never visited the swamps of Louisiana, you should take this tour. Note: it’s about a 1 hour bus ride to the swamp.

The title really says it all. Our guide John was spectacular! Loved his style of story telling, I loved all of the fun facts we learned on our tour, I actually felt I walked away with a lot of history of New Orleans as well so that was an unexpected treat!
