We had the BEST time on our swamp tour in Louisiana with Captain Bobby. From the moment the boat pulled away, he had us laughing, learning, and completely captivated by the bayou. His knowledge of the history, wildlife, and culture of the area is incredible, and he shares it in a way that makes you feel like you’re exploring with a friend who grew up on these waters. We saw several alligators up close, and watching Captain Bobby feed them marshmallows and interact with them so comfortably was wild in the best way. You can tell he genuinely loves these animals and respects the ecosystem they live in. The scenery was absolutely beautiful — peaceful, green, and full of life. We even passed through areas tied to the inspiration behind Disney’s The Princess and the Frog, which made the whole experience feel a little magical. If you’re visiting Louisiana, do not skip a swamp tour, and definitely ask for Captain Bobby. Fun, educational, and unforgettable. Highly recommend!

It’s a great way to see...

It’s a great way to see the city sights if you’re here for the first time and have only 3-4 days like myself. I like that you have a Bus Host who gives a commentary as we move along instead of ear phones. It would have been a perfect ride if it wasn’t for the rain though LOL but take it all in your stride and have fun!
