Best ATV Experience even for locals 110% satisfied

All I can say is this experience went beyond any expectations I had. I have done other ATV tours but this was by far the BEST. I came to big island for a weekend vacation with friends from Oahu and we were just blown away by how much fun it was. Hilo always rains and we did get drenched but it was all part of the fun. They had boots for us even going up to size 14 which my friend used. The rain added to the fun because we got to ride through puddles but surprisingly we didn't get dirty. Being born and raised in Hawaii I know a lot about the culture and about the plants but I actually gained a lot more knowledge through this tour. Our tour guides Hannah and Keoki were so amazing and had so much knowledge. We passed animals along the way and you start off on a good slow speed just to get used to it and then they kick it up a little and off you go. 2 hours of fun and education was well worth it. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I will definitely book again every time I visit. I highly recommend getting glasses that can record because you need both hands to ride. I got some good footage while riding with meta glasses using voice commands to record and take pictures. dont wait to book. JUST DO IT!!!!! =)

Our tour guide Hannibal gave us understanding of the language and culture of Hawaii that enhanced our entire vacation experience. He was friendly and his presentation manner was entertaining. The stops were well-planned and he got us back to the ship in plenty of time. He pointed out details of what we were seeing and the places we visited were interesting.

This tour is a great way to see all of these beautiful sights on the Island. It is a long day but is definitely worth it. Brett was very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting. We were picked up right on time and Brett kept us on schedule. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Stunning Summit Experience

I had an absolutely amazing experience on this tour! The views from the summit were gorgeous, and we were given plenty of time to walk around and take our own photos. A massive shoutout to our guide, Chris, who was incredibly patient and kind. I actually missed my initial pickup, but he went above and beyond to guide me to the next stop so I could catch up with the group. Throughout the trip, he ensured we got up and down the summit safely and even took plenty of photos for us. While we couldn’t see the Milky Way because the full moon was so bright, the trade-off was worth it. We got a stunning close-up view of the moon and were able to spot several constellations, including Orion. It gets quite chilly at the top! But, they do provide cold weather gear if you don't have your own. The tour felt well-paced with enough independence to explore. Overall, this was a fantastic trip!

A Journey Through Time and Space with the Amazing Kyla & Mr. Tay

Still dreaming about last night’s tour! Mauna Kea provided a once-in-a-lifetime sunset and the most unbelievably amazing stargazing I’ve ever seen. This was my first time ever looking through an actual telescope, and it was mind-blowing! We had two incredible guides (stars ⭐️) who truly made the night. Kyla (her Hawaiian name means 'Peacemaker'!) was so passionate while sharing the cultural stories and legends of the mountain - it added such a deep, welcome meaning to the experience. And Mr. Tay was funny as hell while teaching us the astronomy side of things! The mix of science, storytelling, and humor was the perfect combination. 10/10!

Atlantis Submarine adventure!

This was a great time! We have never done a submarine tour before but this was very nice and clean! The narration was great at letting you know what you were seeing and where to look. It was amazing at how brilliant and colorful everything was 110 ft below the surface. Yes 110 feet!!!

Awesome adventure!

This was an awesome experience, but participants should be strong swimmers, know how to use mask and snorkel, not be afraid of swimming in dark water and comfortable on boats in rough water. Our group was fine and we had a blast! The manta rays are amazing creatures and so exciting to watch. We were supplied with wet suit tops which was good as it was a little chilly in the water. Our arms got really tired holding onto the light frame but it was an exhilarating experience. Elele(?) and Toby were excellent with lots of interesting facts and sharp wit. It was a very memorable event and one of the highlights of our trip.

Great food tour

Francesca was a great guide. Took us around town. Told us some history and took us to some great locally owned businesses. We missed the sausage rolls but everything else was great. Highly recommend the cheese and the apparel at the ice cream shop is high quality and makes great souvenirs. Recommend this tour if you want to eat some yummy local food.

Canceled due to cloud cover

We so looked forward to flying over Volcano National Park via helicopter. But the cloud cover was low, blocking any view of Kikeaua. Plus tge mountsin was only steaming, with no visible lava flows. We were offered a different route, viewing the waterfalls to the north, but declined. We tgen drove thru the park, viewing the Kileaua Cauldron. On the day we departed the Big island, Kileaua erupted. If I get to return, I will indeed book a helicopter visit with Safari! Our refund came graciously and quickly.
