Wonderful day in Istanbul with Sude

The tour began with a nice surprise when our guide “Sude” came to the cruise terminal to pick us up for our tour. She was wonderful……our small group all have some mobility issues and she was so accommodating and understanding. She modified the tour to meet all of our needs. She accompanied half of our group back to the cruise terminal while my wife and I stayed to see the Grand Bazaar. Sude was kind, knowledgeable, understanding and friendly. Epic experience

It is difficult to summarize this experience in a few sentences. My wife and I have traveled extensively but Istanbul is now one of our top favorite places! Our tour guide Savaş was everything you would want in a tour guide: deeply knowledgeable of both the extensive history of the area as well as the modern city life, easy to understand, customized the tour to our needs, and shared insights we could not get elsewhere. By the end of the day with Savaş we felt like we were spending the day with a friend. This was an experience we will always remember and talk about - Turkey is a beautiful country, Istanbul is an awe inspiring city, and Savaş brought it all together. We are already planning on coming back with our adult kids and of course, spending another day with Savaş!

Best Day in Istanbul

Our guide Kerim met us this morning. He started off a stranger but we left as friends. He took us to all the major sights and the Blue Mosque moved me to tears it was so beautiful. Kerim was very knowledgeable and gave us the history as we went along. We had a coffee stop and a lovely lunch. It was the best experience. This Bosphorus Yacht Cruise with an Asian side stopover was enjoyable, relaxing and informative. The weather was perfect and the yacht itself was extremely well-appointed. Both our guides were terrific. And being able to view the magnificence of Istanbul from the water is an exceptional experience. We were also lucky enough to see dolphins at play and visit a village mosque on the Asian side.
