Very informative, in depth, JFK/LHO tour

Thankful it was in an air conditioned van! The tour itself was very informative. We liked that there was some history about Dallas in general too. The information about the JFK assassination and Lee Harvey Oswald were great, we got to see where the shots took place, where LHO worked and shot from, and we got to hear some of the conspiracies behind it all. It was a great tour but definitely leaves us to wonder and go do our own research, which I like!

Great Insight

Good tour with a good guide and excellent narrative. Trolley is air conditioned. Interesting to see actual sights like Oswald home, Tippitt encounter site, theater capture site and Ruby encounter site. Guide also gave tremendous recommendation for Terry Black BBQ.

I highly recommend this...

I highly recommend this tour. Dan is a knowledgeable and engaging tour guide and he’s truly passionate about history. The tour brings you through the series of events just before to just after JFK’s assassination. I doubt you will find a more thorough coverage. I have been to Dealey Plaza before but wished I had done an informative tour like this sooner. Make sure Dan is your tour guide. My 10-year-old son was engaged and listening through the entire tour as well, it really held his attention.

First trip into DFW area and was in town for a conference. Booked this trip with a few coworkers and got a ton of history into Dallas, from the start of it all to present day. John was our guide, he was incredibly experienced and deeply knowledgeable, he knew all the history and every small detail, which made the tour thoroughly comprehensive. We genuinely felt like we saw everything. But what really stood out was how attentive he was. He went out of his way to keep everyone comfortable: offering water, building in extra bathroom breaks, letting us know what was coming up ahead of time so there were no surprises, and even opening doors for everyone in the group. He pays attention to every single detail. If you're booking with this company, I'd honestly request him, he's one in a million. Thanks for a lovely introduction to the city John!

MUST DO Dallas walking food tour

This walking tour is a MUST do to experience Texas food. Stephen made the experience quite memorable – he was animated, engaged and knowledgeable. First, we met at Pecan Lodge and had delicious "Cowboy style" BBQ brisket & pickles. Second, we went to Revolver taco lounge for a tasty fresh taco. Third was Angry Dog for chili with cheese, sour cream & Fritos. Fourth we walked towards the "Awakening statue" to talk about the symbol of Deep Ellum neighborhood & the Traveling Man. Tons of murals painted on buildings. Fifth we got to choose a old style soda from Rocket Fizz Candy store (100’s of flavors). Lastly, we went to Terry Black’s barbecue and you could choose banana pudding or pecan pie BOTH were amazing!

My second time at...

My second time at Southfork Ranch. Even though yes it’s smaller than you expect, there’s a nice energy about the place. It’s definitely worth checking out. I just wish they hadn’t sold off 200 acres of the land as now you can’t do horseback riding there and having a housing development next door will make the ranch less special.

Best JFK Tour

This was such a great experience. Cool, comfortable van with opportunities to see so many sights of where events happened in 1963. Felt like we got up close and personal to every aspect. Tour guide Richard was so knowledgeable and presented the facts of all that was going on at the time so precisely and clear. My husband and I agree that Richard should do a current documentary laying out the facts so chronologically to the American people. People need to know exactly what happened. People are still fascinated with this event. I highly recommend this tour. Could not have been better!
