Our tour guide was funny, engaging, and informative. Gave a great overview of Old City, Philadelphia.
Awesome tour with a very knowledgeable tour guide! You don’t go into the historical sites, you just walk by and the tour guide explains it. Still a great tour though!
We had Daniel and he was so knowledgeable even a little funny probably one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had. He suggested a place to have a Philly steak sandwich at and we went there immediately after and it was the best Philly steak I’ve ever had. They will have a great experience, but make sure they bring good walking shoes. Sidewalk a little uneven.
Riding the bus around to all the sights was helpful to determine where we wanted to spend more time without walking everywhere. Then we went back to those locations that really interested us.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TOUR - guide John was exceptional. He has a passion for Philly, has extraordinary knowledge of history and current events, delivered loads of information with good humour, and was even able to assist with what else to see and where to eat for the visitors of all ages on our tour. A MUST DO educational and fun tour for everyone!
Great tour of things that you miss on a bus tour. John was a great guide, very knowledgeable on the area.
Great tour! We did it with Founding Footsteps and the tour guide was awesome! Very informational and a great personality :) would recommend!
We had a great guide who was very knowledgeable about every site we visited. He made it very interactive and informative. Would highly recommend.
This was our FAVORITE tour! Nick is incredibly knowledgable and a WONDERFUL guide. A MUST, if you're in Philly!
With all Of the tours that we've taken over the last 7 plus years by traveling around full-time in an RV, Nick is right at the top of the guides. He has an extensive knowledge of History. Especially Ben Franklin 😁
Our endearing guide Joseph made our 90 minute tour so interesting. A very enjoyable experience. I will recommend this tour
Nick was a great guide! Well informed and a good sense of humor. We had a small group which was very nice. Highly recommend.
Our tour guide was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and well studied. We have been on a number of walking tours internationally and his tour ranked up there as one of the best.
Wonderful Job by Nick....very knowledgeable and made everybody feel included and comfortable....He brought excitement for the sites and for the city of Philadelphia.
Our guide was a wealth of information and a great storyteller! We enjoyed him and the tour. It was long enough to learn particulars about the places we went to, but not so long as to be tiring or repititious.
Casey kept the tour moving. We felt enlightened with new information that added to our historical knowledge.
He was personable and gave great recommendations for good eats. He encouraged us to continue our journey for more of the Philadelphia experience.
Casey gave us a wonderful walking tour of Philadelphia. He gave us so much valuable information and was so friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Casey was our guide and he did a great job. He was very knowledgeable about “all things Philly”! It was an enjoyable tour!
The tour guide, Casey Kuftic, was outstanding! We was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any and all questions. He took his time and didn’t rush through the tour.
Our guide was personable and knew the city well. He kept us going at a good pace, and he had a lot of good recommendations of more places to see and places to eat.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that your guide kept a great pace and provided helpful recommendations for dining and exploring. Helping guests discover the best of the city—both during and after the tour—is what we strive for. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay and look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
We loved walking around historic Philadelphia and learned a lot of wonderful history about Benjamin Franklin, William Penn, and Quakers. John was a fantastic guide! My only regret is that I made a mistake when I ordered tickets and have not been able to get a refund. I cannot seem to contact the right person to help me. I wish Viator had better customer service.

Thank you for the wonderful review of your tour with John! We're delighted that learning about Philadelphia's history and key figures like Benjamin Franklin and William Penn made for such a memorable experience.
We also deeply sympathize with your frustration regarding the ticket error and getting support through Viator. Because bookings made via third-party sites are processed entirely on their platform, we unfortunately don't have direct access to their ticketing or refund systems. We sincerely hope their customer support team resolves this for you soon, and we truly appreciate you choosing to tour with us!
John was knowledgeable , fun and delightful! He was generous with information and patient with our questions. Terrific tour!

Response from Host, Aug 2026
That is what we strive for, there is so much in Philly, there is no way we can get it in all in. Unless you want a 14 hour tour ;)
Tim was the best tour guide. He knows his history. Very nice guy. He took the time to answer anyone's questions anyone had. He also made some recommendations for dinner. He took the time after to show us some extra sites and great information about them. Also recommended we go to the museum of revolution as well. He was GREAT!
