Definitely worth it! Crew was friendly. Boat was smaller and not overly crowded, made the experience nicer. Weather was perfect for a leisurely ride and we saw a few pods of dolphins breaking the surface. Got some great pictures, a good tan, and fun memories. The price was good, too. If you're considering a short boat excursion when in Clearwater, don't hesitate!

This was an excellent excursion for our family! Our original booking was forecasted for rain, so I was in contact with Captain Nick and we shifted our booking to the next afternoon which turned out to be wonderful weather. He took us to an island where we collected seashells. Our little ones had an amazing time. He provided life vests for our kids, and suggested we bring our own blankets in case it's chilly, which worked out wonderfully when the boat was going fast. On the ride back we saw dolphins and they swam with us for maybe 5 minutes on the way back, it was amazing!!

Our family spent our last evening in Clearwater with a laid back sunset cruise around the Gulf. Captain Tracy and crew were wonderful, experienced hosts and ensured everyone on board were safe and taken cared of. The boat (which doubles as a dive boat) was spacious and accommodated quite a number of people to my surprise. The cruise treated us to a beautiful golden sunset as well as a pod of dolphins in the wild. The boat can get a bit rocky so if you're sensitive to that you might want to reconsider or take motion sickness medication. Pro tip: it can get quite chilly on the boat so a wearing layers like a light jacket or a sweatshirt and long pants is highly recommended.

My husband and I truly enjoy our travel experience on Encounter with the Dolphins Tour. We had a 11am departure time and were raini with overcast. We were concerned that the trip would be cancelled. The Encounter Team were very helpful in keeping us abreast of weather and they made every effort to monitor weather and when it was safe we were able to travel safely as scheduled had a great experience .

Brian was the best tour guide ever he was very knowledgeable.. it was a amazing time definitely gonna go again.. we got to see dolphins up close he took us to a private island and helped us find shells and even sand dollars.i would definitely recommend

The check-in was easy and the service was exceptional. We were surprised to find a gorgeous sailboat, not some plastic tourist vessel. It was equipped with standard, padded boat seating and beanbag style bags on the deck under the sails that, duh… we chose. Perfect for tanning and lounging with flexible BYOB policies. Upon check-in, your beverages are checked and iced where they are waiting for you wonderfully on board. The staff was incredible. Captain Tim was fun, entertaining and knowledgeable, while his first mate not only looked like a runway model from France, but had the professionalism and poise of someone who had worked on a yacht. We came on board as Tampa locals for a proposal. We had been on multiple dinner cruises, catamarans and others, and found this activity to be posh and relaxing. They graciously accommodated our quick proposal and we brought chilled Rosè and champagne flutes for the guests. The vessel sailed throughout the Clearwater channels and briefly out into the golf along the Clearwater Beach Shoreline. It was a perfect way to view not only the golf, including Clearwater Beach and Sand Key with the Treasure Island shoreline filled with dolphins and sometimes manatees, but to get firsthand views of multimillion dollar homes including of Tom Brady, Hulk, Hogan, Tom Cruise and others. Sunset sailings at an even more magical touch to this already luxurious sailboat cruise. We’d highly recommend this to any tourist or Florida local. The views from the boat are exceptional and the amount of time is just right.

From the moment we pushed off, we could see little fish swimming all around under our kayaks—it was so cool and really beautiful. I usually get eaten alive by mosquitoes, but surprisingly, I didn’t get bitten at all! There weren’t many out, but if you’re someone they usually go after like me, I’d still bring something like Skin So Soft just in case. The water was super calm, and the sky had some patchy clouds that made everything look kind of magical. Each kayak had lights under it that you could change to different colors, which made the whole experience even more fun. I used mine to take a few pictures of my cousin. They turned out okay, but if you want great photos, it’s worth getting the picture package—those come out way better. The area is known for manatees and dolphins. We didn’t spot any that night, but I live nearby and see them all the time, so if you’re visiting, there’s definitely a chance you’ll see some. We also paddled through this really pretty spot where trees and brush surrounded us—it felt like something out of Disney World, but in real life. At one point, we passed a little private dock with a lantern and chairs. It looked like the perfect place to sit and drink coffee (someone’s lucky backyard!). The guide was awesome—super friendly and full of info about the area. He even gave tips on places to check out after the tour. The paddle was just the right amount—not too long, not too short—and really easy. You can also do a tandem kayak if you want someone else to help paddle. Overall, this was such a fun and relaxing night out with family and friends. Definitely a five-star experience and something I’d recommend to anyone!.

Staff was very friendly! Captain and Mate were extremely nice, and fun, and made the experience so enjoyable. We even got to see a Dolphin jumping in the boats wake. That was my first time ever to parasail, and I was a little nervous, but Captain Matt and Mate Brad made the jitters go away and gave us a magnificent sky view of Clearwater. Will definitely go parasailing again. I feel you travel to Clearwater Beach, go see Chute Em Up Parasailing, you won't be disappointed! Thanks for the GREAT memory!! 💙🛥
