Amazing Whale Watching Tour

I had an amazing experience on this whale watching tour and it was absolutely worth the time. The boat itself was very nice, comfortable, and well maintained, and the entire crew was friendly and helpful. The naturalist on board was especially knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information throughout the tour. We were lucky enough to see humpback whales, dolphins, sea lions, many different birds, and so much other marine life. It felt like there was always something exciting to look at. The crew did a great job making sure everyone could see the animals and understand what we were seeing. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great experience

Even though we weren’t able to see whales, we saw a buuunch of dolphins and that made up for it completely. The crew was very attentive and communicative. They gave us a free voucher to come back because we didn’t see any whales, and I thought that was going above and beyond

Amazing experience!

Although we didn’t see any whales this time, we saw hundreds of dolphins “dancing” right alongside the boat. The crew was very friendly and patiently shared educational information throughout the tour. There was even a dedicated “dog” crew member on board helping keep everyone company and safe.CUTE！ The scenery along the entire trip was beautiful. We would definitely come back again next time.

Great time. Host was very knowledgeable. Great views all around the boat which has restroom and snacks/drinks. Was on time both departing and arriving. We saw a fin whale, search lions, and dolphins. Dock is only 10 - 15 minutes from downtown san diego.

Save $$$ on parking nd avoid hassles!

Great way to explore and NOT pay thousands in Parking in San Diego. We normally don’t do such things but found it quite enjoyable! Guides were funny and entertaining. We stopped at Coronado, Old Town and Little Italy’s. All places with either NO parking or very expensive parking. They drop you in the heart of each place so it is convenient. Highly recommend.

Food amounts were just right, recommend skipping the meal before going or keeping it light. Good tips on cool things to check out after the food tour (speakeasy, actual Irish pub, whiskey house). Doug was fun, informative, friendly, and we really enjoyed the native San Diegan perspective on the history of the area.

A wonderful boat ride in San Diego

This was a great experience! It was so relaxing and fun to be on the water in San Diego! The boat was well kept and clean and Ryan was the best captain! He was a great guide and skilled captain. We felt safe and the whole ride was effortless and really a great time for 3 middle aged female friends to enjoy another part of this beautiful city.

Lovely night on Mission Bay

On our night, the bay was as smooth as silk. We had a clear evening and lovely sunset . A few clouds in the sky made for great pictures. The staff came through the boat and Big Dave explained what we were sailing by and gave us a short history of the area and the bay. We had a good time and learned more about San Diego. It was pleasant and relaxing way to end out our day in San Diego. The boat had a bar and some snacks for sale. Drinks good. We did not purchase snacks. Everything about this trip was smooth sailing.
