I was never able to go on this tour because they called me and told me they were booting me off of the tour I had booked since I was a solo traveler. They wanted to put me an hour later, which I could not do, and so I asked for a refund. They said they would process it, but then later left a message saying they could not process it. Then I received this message asking for my feedback. Well, here it is. There’s no good reason to boot someone from a tour just because they are a solo traveler. And I had better get my money back.

Claire gave a great mix of historic context mixed with fun ghost stories. Kept the group of 23 people all together and engaged. My 12 year old and my sister and I had a blast and a new found appreciation for the curse of yellow fever back a few centuries ago!

We went on a ghost tour last night with Claire, and it was such a memorable experience! Our group of four joined with another group of young adults, and Claire kept everyone engaged the whole time.
She is a wonderful storyteller. Her use of vocal variety really pulled us in—sometimes lowering her voice so you leaned in closer, other times raising it just enough to cut through the sounds of fireworks and emergency vehicles that happened to pass by during our tour. No matter the distractions, we could always hear her clearly.
Claire shared plenty of history along with the ghostly tales, which made the experience even richer. She also introduced us to a ghost app, which added a fun interactive twist. What we appreciated most was that she wasn’t over-the-top or cheesy; she kept the spooky theme alive while still grounding everything in the fascinating history of the city.
Overall, Claire made the tour both entertaining and educational, and I’d definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Philadelphia!

My reservation stated that the beginning and end point for the tour were the same, unfortunately this was not so. Our tour ended at the Betsy Ross house, and did not include the Church of Christ. This was surprising and abrupt as our guide himself had discussed the church as being a stop.

It’s more of a history tour rather than a ghost tour. The host was extremely knowledgeable of all the stops however ghost etc were just mentioned here and there throughout

Our guide was Ryan. Very nice and easy to talk to. But sometimes he got side tracked and talked too long about things that didn't pertain to the tour. That wouldn't have been a problem but we were freezing and didn't want the tour to last longer because we had 2 kids with us.

Jonathan was great, very fun and informative! Was prompt and knowledgeable.
Viator cacelled and then reinstated same day within a couple of hours. Admin should have tried to find another tour guide (one cancelled and Jonathan replaced that person) before canceling

Very nice guide. We were expecting more compelling story telling and deeper knowledge of Philadelphia history. Would also be cool to see photos others captured of paranormal activity as this was mentioned several times.
