We had such a great tour with Tom! He was very personable, knowledgeable, and experienced. He took us to see many of neighborhoods and sites that we were hoping to see and more. We always enjoy doing a tour of the city first thing in any new city so we have a better appreciation of it while we visit and this did not disappoint!

5 Stars – An Unforgettable Philly Tour with Rick!
We had an absolutely fantastic time exploring Philadelphia with Rick as our tour guide! From start to finish, he made the entire experience engaging, informative, and fun. Rick’s knowledge of the city’s history and culture is truly impressive—he brought each landmark to life with great stories, little-known facts, and a clear passion for Philly.
He was also incredibly friendly and easygoing, making everyone in our group feel comfortable and welcome. Rick tailored the tour to our interests, made great food and photo stop recommendations, and drove us smoothly through the city so we could relax and enjoy the sights.
Whether it was iconic spots like the Liberty Bell or unique local gems we’d never have discovered on our own, Rick made sure we saw the best of what Philadelphia has to offer. Highly recommend booking with him—he’s a true professional and a fantastic ambassador for the city!

Adam was a very knowledgeable and fun tour guide that treated us like good old friends visiting Philly for the very first time coming from California. We have withstood Fairbanks, Alaska and Wyoming winter weather, but we were surprised of the cold chilly (because of the sudden gusts of wind) weather in Philly. Because of this, he went the extra mile to stand in line for us at the Independence Hall while we went to an exhibit room to warm ourselves up until our group was called to enter the hall. He took great pictures of us, while telling us stories about the historical landmarks and buildings that we visited. His tour made it definitely worth the visit of Philly for me, my wife, and our 3 kids. Would highly recommend this tour with Adam as your guide.

Tom, our tour guide, was amazing! He picked us up at our hotel. We booked the 4 hour tour but he went over by almost an hour (thank you Tom!). The first thing he did was ask us what we wanted to see, and he tailored the tour to us. I have a son that loves Rocky. I tried to book the Rocky tour but the Rocky tour gets booked up months in advance, so we asked Tom if he could include things from the Rocky tour but also include the history part of the tour in old town. It was amazing! He is so knowledgeable in Philadelphia history and Rocky. He also made the tour fun-he has a great personality. We were all extremely impressed by his knowledge. Thank you Tom!

They cancelled on me at the last minute and made no effort to try to fix the situation. We were left without tickets to major sites. Very bad service.

Do not recommend at all. We have been on similar history tours of Boston, Chicago and D.C. etc and they were all excellent. This was by far our least enjoyed tour we’ve ever taken. It was like having your uncle, who doesn’t like you, being forced to show you around town at Thanksgiving.

Are tour guide Tom being outstanding, great manners got out open the doors at our stops. Very knowledge and great personality. On time for the start of our tour. It was the best of all the activities that we decide to do. We were very glad that we selected the 6-hour tour instead of the 4-hour tour. I would definitely recommend the tour. For seniors I would suggest the 6 hours for time to get in and out of the car and take their time walking through the various places.

If you are reading this, and you are ON THE FENCE - it's worth it!!! GO!!!! We only had a few hours to tour Philly and it's a city we don't travel to often, so we decided to go with this incredible tour and it was so WORTH IT!!! 100% WORTH IT!!!!
In short, we saw EVERYTHING we wanted to see, learned so much history about each place we visited, were able to hop out of the van if we wanted to dive a bit deeper into the area, and it was summer! The van was SUPER COLD! Brilliant tour!
Adam knows everything about the history of this great city, such inspirational information about every place we visited - and we visited it all!!!! Downtown Philly, Old City, Carpenter Hall, Arch Street Meeting House, Ben Franklin's House, Christ Church, Independence Visitor Center, Fireman's Hall, Liberty Bell, Italian Markets, Penn's Landing, Museum of the American Revolution, Bladen's Court, Elfreth's Alley, Ben Franklin's Final Resting Place, the site of the "First White House/Executive Branch", tons of restaurants and coffee shops he pointed out to us, gorgeous murals, and learned the history of the murals, Philadelphia City Hall, Love Park, the Rocky steps and the statue, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Schuylkill River, Magic Gardens, China Town, gosh... so much more! Oh yeah.... he even brought us to the largest Wawa Store. Plus, he had all of the answers to our questions!!!! We couldn't stump him!!!! Adam was so kind, so courteous, so respectful, very flexible, if we needed to take a break or pivot for a moment.
We went as a family, and for our family, it was PERFECT! Thanks Adam! Super amazing tour! We 100% recommend!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Our guide Tom was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He added a great intangible to a regular tour. I had limited mobility and he did everything he could to help minimize the walking and standing I had to do. Great lunch recommendation for the obligatory Philly cheesesteak. We got to see all the major spots in Philly plus more that we weren't even aware of. He was very flexible with what we wanted. I liked that he called a few days before the tour to touch base, introduce himself and find out what our expectations were.

Tom Courtney was an excellent tour guide who managed to drive us around Philadelphia seamlessly--dropping us off and then joining us after he parked. The car was comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful tour of Philadelphia the tour covered all the historical and contemporary highlights of the city. What we liked the most was the affable personality of our driver/tour guide who made sure all our questions were answered and our comfort was the number one priority. Would I do it again? You bet!!!!

We saw all the major sites in Philadelphia. Our tour guide Ben, also showed us great restaurants to try, and a lot of nightlife spots. Ben was flexible enough to show us sites we asked about, even if they were not on the scheduled tour. The tour was great and Ben was excellent.
