A Must See Tour
Roseanne captured our attention the entire tour with her riveting stories of life as a civilian during the Gettysburg battle. I would highly recommend this tour, along with the other tour at the other end of town. Both give you the complete story of how the town’s people navigated such a precarious time in our history.

Perfect option for those who are car-bound, or during inclement weather!
It’s a little difficult to get the tour started, had to request 5 passwords via email before one would actually start the tour in the app. Once you do get it going, it’s easy peasy and well worth that extra 5 minutes. I’ve used this 6 times now as we host family in Gettysburg and they have all loved the ease and ability to go at their own pace.

Worth the money to maximize your visit to Gettysburg
Exceptional!!! Well worth the money to maximize the time we were in Gettysburg!!! So much occurred in this town during the three day battle and our guide was so incredibly knowledgeable! What a treasure to learn so much and navigate to each sight with historical narration of the events transpiring during the battle.

A different side of history
This was a great tour! He was very well versed in the history but also had a great sense of humor. He was able to keep the tour on track while also keeping it at a pace my husband, who has mild heart issues, felt comfortable with. The only thing that I was confused about was that in the description it says the tour ends at 401 Baltimore St. which was near our hotel. We were surprised when they began heading back to the starting point. Maybe the listing can be updated.

Not your typical Ghost Tour!
For those of you who like actual ghost hunting, this is the tour for you! There is some history and stories but the main attraction is the spirits themselves! Marc is a very knowledgable and engaging tour guide, who encourages questions, of all kinds! Be prepared to walk in the dark. Bring a flashlight if you are even a little bit afraid of the dark. Various types of ghost hunting equipment are provided, and you WILL experience activity. I do not recommend this for children under 15. Skeptics are welcome, but please be respectful. Smaller groups are more fun and Marc will stay out as late as there is activity so be prepared!

Great tour
Amber gave an interesting talk about the history of Gettysburg and how the local residents were impacted and how they responded. She did it in a way that made it very interesting. She was very considerate and friendly and I would recommend her to anyone else who was interested in visiting Gettysbury. The persion costumes also added to teh realism of the tour.

A great indoor ghost tour of Jennie Wade House
I do many ghost tours in many towns. Gettysburg is my hometown and this is my 3rd or 4th one locally. We took our exchange student. This is the first of any tour that I’ve been on that has gone INSIDE a property and covered the history of the house. Most of the tours I’ve done focused on a bunch of homes outdoors. Jennie Wade was the only civilian killed during the battle of Gettysburg. This occurred while she was baking bread for her mother, nephews, some soldiers, and her sister who was bedridden after child birth. A sniper’s stray bullet was shot into the house and they even have the original floor board on display, possibly marked with her blood. Our tour guide Maria was knowledgeable and our group was filled beyond capacity. I’ve done the Jennie Wade tour during the day, and there was some overlap obviously, but it was still enjoyable. Maria pointed out some movement of the curtains and other items that were clearly not anywhere near an air vent. Ghosts and spirits, maybe? My daughter asked about the cards on the table and Maria said they sometimes move as well. If you’re into the spooky aspect, this is a fun tour! I enjoy when the guide dresses in period correct clothing, as it sets the tone for the tour. Some of the guides here do this, but Maria did not. Still it was enjoyable. I recommend this tour! It was an in-depth tour covering Jennie Wade’s perspective of the battle as opposed to a broad tour touching lightly upon history of many homes/ sites in Gettysburg.

Book it! It’s worth it!
The food was amazing! You get actually portions not just a small piece of something! The walking part was not strenuous! It was a lot of fun! Great history and stories!
Silver (tour guide) was so kind and accommodating! She made sure that my dad had a great birthday!

The sobering truth of war
It was awesome, very sobering and brought to light the true horrors of war affecting everyone (and everything) for miles around. Our guide Doug was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic, we highly recommend him. His presentation was a nice compliment to the tour of the battlefield we took the day before.

Totally recommend! Great guide and eerie locations!
This investigation was worth every penny! Carey our guide was the best! Her energy and passion was evident from start to finish! She has every piece of equipment you could want and we had access to all of them. Each location got progressively creepier. Which led to more activity over the course of the night. So much so that by the final location, one group left due to the uneasiness of it. I'm not so much into ghosts/spirits/hauntings that I can't chalk things up to an animal making a noise or some other natural occurrence. But I do believe in those things and have a ton of respect for the lore and history of Gettysburg. Which you can absolutely feel when you're exploring these locations. And the town itself. This is a great tour in my opinion! You won't be disappointed!!

Do it! 10/10!
Amber was our tour guide and she was wonderful! She was in a beautiful dress that she made herself! She was so passionate about our tour and the information she was giving. She was bringing it to life for us. 10/10 would recommend this tour experience!!

History and Haunts ghost tour
After visiting the Gettysburg National Military Park and taking the self-guided auto tour during the day, we felt we had a good idea of this historic event in American history. The ‘History and Haunts’ tour completed our day by providing information about what happened in the town of Gettysburg. Ken did a great job bringing those emotional stories to life. We really enjoyed this tour.
