This is a 1.5 mile mini mushing activity that circles our property through black spruce, alders, and birch trees. The actual sledding time is 15-20 minutes. Full activity time is 1-1.5 hours. In the beginning we will go over how to ride on and in your tandem dog sleds. Once we have this out of the way we can create some noise and meet the dogs! While you enjoy kisses and hugs from your loving huskies we will harness and hook up the team. Once hooked up we will head out onto your trails around the property with great views from high on a ridge. There are ample opportunities for photos along the way and plenty of cuddle time when we return to the kennel. The Kennel visit will take place either before or after your sled ride, dependent on weather, the dogs, and your guide's schedule.

I wanted to drop a quick note about the tour my wife and I took to the Artic Circle with Shannon and her copilot Dillion. Shannon was Great. She took the time to answer any questions we had. Made stops to show us items of interest. Assisted with taking pictures of my wife and I together. Made the trip very pleasant and seem like only an hour. We even saw a bear. Would I recommend this to everyone, Absolutely. Take a leap of faith and schedule this trip. You will not forget this once in a lifetime experience.

What stood out most was his patience and dedication—he made sure we had every chance to see the Northern Lights, never rushing us and always keeping the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. Travelling with a 7-year-old can sometimes be challenging, but Ian was brilliant with our son—engaging, kind, and making sure he was just as excited and comfortable throughout. Seeing our child so happy made the whole trip even more special. Thanks to Ian, this wasn’t just a tour—it was a truly memorable experience we’ll cherish for a long time. We saw the aurora for the first time and also got to really enjoy it. We got to enjoy it because you don’t have to worry about taking photos because they will do it for you. I would recommend this tour.

Amazing tour! Best chance to see the Northern lights with photos!!

These guys are experts!! They took us to a great place for viewing the Northern lights near Birch Lake. They took professional photos, and provided several heated areas to hang out to warm up when it got too cold. We would not have been able to see the Northern lights as vividly or at all without this tour. We tried. We highly recommend this tour!!! I also wanted to say that we had a lot of trouble making it to our tour due to mechanical issues with our first airplane, leading us to be re-routed through Portland and Anchorage. Nicole was absolutely wonderful about working with us to help us join the tour. It also happened to be the best viewing during our entire stay. We are very thankful. This tour was wonderful and the guides are nice people.

Great experience, knowledgeable hosts!

It's a pretty straightforward experience. The host picks you up at your hotel (if you select that option). It's a 35 minute drive to the aurora house, and the guides will take pictures and you can take video and such on your phone. For the night I went, the aurora was visible at 10:30 pm and 2 am. So there can be a gap between sightings.

Our tour guide, Blake, was fantastic! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the Fairbanks area and knew exactly where to find the best aurora viewing spots. The van was comfortable, and we felt very safe with his driving throughout the night. Chena Hot Springs was a highlight—the Ice Museum is a neat stop, and dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Soaking in the hot springs is an absolute must-do experience, and it’s a prime location for the lights. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Alaska!

Absolute once in a life time experience. As mesmerizing the Aurora and Arctic circle were, I wanted to give a shout out to our guide and tour operators Sultan. He was very resourceful and courteous and professional to the core and shared a passion for the main elements of the tour. Let me highlight what I liked about him 1. Was able to quickly accommodate changes when a couple of family members arrived late due to missed flight connections 2 . Gave very good directions up front via text message on what to bring and what to expect 3. Was very patient, without hurrying. made extra stops to enjoy the Aurora and almost allowed 1-2 hours extra because the Aurora watching was too good 4. Was also an excellent photographer and provided memorable pictures and also dashcam videos of the scenic drive 5. Was professional to the core and passionate about Aurora, the Arctic circle and Alaska and help the guests truly get more than their money’s worth 6. A fun and relaxing...

A fun and relaxing experience! The cabin on the ice was warm and cozy. Our guide showed us how to catch salmon and rainbow trout, then cooked it on the wood stove and served up lunch. He shared lots of information about local points of interest and how to spot the aurora borealis. Great communication and skills. Go at night! You'll hopefully get a chance to see the beautiful natural light show in a comfortable environment with wide open skies above the frozen lake.

Experience of a lifetime

5/5 stars!! I took my family on this excursion while in Fairbanks and we all loved it! We were mostly not experienced and that was not an issue. Our guide, Jake, made sure that everyone was having an unforgettable time and catered to our needs. We caught a fish and he prepped it for us so we could take it home and cook it.

Great experience

The ice museum was so interesting. The Appletini's were strong (which is a good thing). The hot springs were so relaxing. Kevin, our guide was outstanding. He even went into the hot springs with us and took pictures so we didn't have to carry our phones/cameras. He was funny and informative. He even stopped a couple of times on the way back to catch the Northern Lights. We did....even though it was mostly cloudy.

Great rafting trip!

We rafted in a rural area and had another raft of fishermen who were with our group. Ash, our guide, was very knowledgeable and had many interesting stories about living in a rural area with native Alaskans. He showed us how to build a fire when we stopped along the river for a short hike. We also saw some wildlife and their habitat.
