It is a large and comfortable boat, wheelchair, stroller, and kid friendly. Clean and great restrooms. Takes you under the Golden Gate Bridge and extremely close to to Alcatraz island. A must do!

Quintessential Bay Cruise
We enjoyed a very pleasant cruise on the Bay. We traveled out to the Golden Gate Bridge, along with a cruise by Alcatraz, over the course of 1 hour. The boarding process was efficient, the staff were friendly, and the boat was clean and spacious.

Great way to see a portion of the city and travel the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. Spending a few hours in Sausalito afterwards was spectacular. Having Bill as a tour guide made the trip extra special. He was so knowledgeable and was very informative. .

Well worth doing
A bit confusing but that might be me this is run by 2 different tour operators one on pier 33 the other on 39 only a short walk between the 2 to be fair.
Overall very good Alcatraz very much self guided and the Bay cruise commentary is very informative and you see a couple of sides of the golden gate bridge close up that are hard to see from land.

Five stars!!
Marciano was an amazing and accommodating tour guide. We had a wonderful day. Of course, Muir Woods was spectacular. We also loved seeing sights around San Francisco on our way to the Golden Gate Bridge and having a delicious lunch in Sausalito. We were traveling with a young child and so needed to be flexible which was no problem at all. Marciano had amazing recommendations for the rest of our stay as well. Highly highly recommend!!

Great tour! Our tour...
Great tour! Our tour guide (Orla) was informative and engaging, bikes were in great shape, and the route was a great way to see and learn about SF. Only issue was that we had a bigger group and those in the back had trouble hearing through the ear phones (too far away from the guide).

Boating the Bay
Be prepared to learn about the bridge and the Rock. The walk between the two cruises is easy. Give yourselves 30 minutes to make it.

Great way to see the city!
E-bike is virtually a must, as there are several uphill climbs on the tour and the extra boost comes in handy. If you book a tour, you essentially have the bike for 8-9 hours; with the tour ending in Sausalito, you have an option of taking a ferry back to San Francisco. But unless there's bad weather or an issue with the bike (i.e. flat tire), I HIGHLY recommend biking back across the Golden Gate Bridge, gives you time to see additional sights on your own.

Must do!
The Best!!!! What I thought was going to be a bike ride across the bridge turned out to be so much more. The guide was very knowledgeable and took us to some unique spots. We were first time e-bike users and had a great experience. Would definitely recommend.
