Our family of four...
Our family of four enjoyed this food tour! It was a great way to try a variety of local foods, along with some delicious wine and beer. The rest of the group were pretty awesome too! Everything was well organized, and we loved getting to sample so many different flavors. Come hungry—we were definitely full by the end of the tour!

Fun and educational experience
The cooking class was very educational. It gave my whole family a greater appreciation of the work that is put into hand made pasta and tiramisu. Our children, aged 12 and 8, were able to take part in all the activities just like the adults. The only thing they miss is the alcohol. The meal was delicious, especially the tiramisu. Our instructor chef, Martina, was friendly and helpful. We all had a great time. Give yourself an extra few minutes to make sure you find the address correctly.

Highly recommend!!
Vincenzo was great, and all of the stops on the tour were amazing. On top of the food and wine, we were able to learn so much about the culture and history behind the food, making the experience so enriching. He even gave us more recommendations at the end of the tour to help us throughout the rest of our trip.

Rish you rule!!!
This tour was SO worth it!!! Rish was a very fun and informative guide, it felt like visiting a friend and he took us to all his favorite neighborhood spots. So delicious!!! My only regret was doing this tour on our last day in Rome so we did not get the chance to eat the foods again.

Eating in Rome is considered an art form, practically a religion—and that's true whether you’re chowing down on a supplí (oblong rice ball) or slice of pizza al taglio, or savoring a 3-course meal with wine pairings in a little osteria. There’s no better way to partake in local fare than by indulging in a Rome food tour. From sampling fried street food staples in bustling Trastevere or the Jewish ghetto to tasting wines in the Castelli Romani, food experiences provide an insider’s look at the city’s culinary culture and history. Aspiring chefs can try cooking time-tested recipes, too.
