What are people saying about Rome

Stop your search and hope for Emma!!
What a tour from What a Life!! The company was very understanding and accommodating, as we had advanced our tour from the midday slot to the morning on Viator and it was no problem. Additionally, we were able to get in contact in the morning to let them know we were facing traffic (still arriving before the departure time). The AV equipment was awesome, and the support to ensure we all heard loud and clear was helpful. Emma was extremely knowledgeable, kind, professional, and great at helping us navigate through the swathes of crowds all at the same time. She was very upfront at the start in ensuring that all of us, religious or otherwise, had a great experience during the tour in seeing all the highlights and details that make Vaticano so profound. I couldn't recommend this tour company or this specific tour enough (Skip the Line Vatican Sistine Chapel & St. Peter's | Small Group). Stop your search!

Great small group experience
We highly recommend this tour to hit the highlights of the Vatican Museum & Sistine Chapel. Unfortunately, we were unable to get into St. Peter’s. Our tour guide, Samuel’s (Sam) was great. He navigated our small group (-12) through all the major areas of interest and did a great job of avoiding the crowds. We learned so much. Our tour ended right at the Chapel - allowing us the ability to take our time.

Borghese beauty
This is one of Rome’s must-sees. The official Borghese webpage is crap and I suspect private tour companies buy up most of the tickets and resell them at a big markup. Our tickets via Viator were expensive (350 dollars for 3) but our tour guide was excellent — funny and super informative.

Clear communication, easy pickup, good access to most of colosseum
The whole thing was very organized and our contact, Sak, communicated clearly through WhatsApp. The meeting point was simple enough (arch of Constantine) and he explained well what was included and not. Heads up: the audio guide app drains phone battery very quickly.
