Just want to clarify, this is not skip the line or priority tickets. The tickets you get are the regular 5 euro tickets you would get if you purchased it from the official website.
You get a link to an AI audio tour. It was 17 minutes and monotone. We listened to 2-3 minutes and then decided it would be the same if we just googled facts about the pantheon. Regret getting it, should’ve just bought the regular tickets online

Hello; We have not written skip the line or priority ticket in our explanation or the title. It is written fast track ticket which refers to not standing much time to buy the tickets at the location through long lines. But, for enter the Pantheon, all the persons must follow a line which takes between 5-10 mins. And you can not find anywhere that we have mentioned you will skip the line or priority entrance. Hi; There are two lines to enter Pantheon; one is the line for buying ticket at the location which is very very long; the second line is for enter the Pantheon which takes maximum 10 mins to enter (for scan and check your tickets); with our entry ticket, you skip the first line; The second line is mandatory for all persons and all agencies. When we got there, there was a huge line of people trying to get tickets there! The security was rude, so just go straight to the entrance so they scan your tickets and it will be fine. Definitely worth getting them prior.

When we arrived at the Pantheon with our “skip the line” tickets, there was an extremely long line to have your tickets scanned. We were told that the line moved quickly, but given its extreme length in the baking sun, we chose to buy plain old tickets on a line of only 6 people and went right in. Advice: don’t buy ahead of time for the extra cost as the wait is much longer!

The skip the line tickets worked really well. It saved us time by not having to stand in line to get tickets into the pantheon. We simply stood in the line to have our tickets scanned and then were in.

I was very surprised to find two people who personally met us outside the Pantheon. I was running late and they called to make sure I knew where I was going. When we got there we went straight inside and did not have to wait. It was stress free and I highly recommend this service.

For the description, this is not what was provided. We had to wait for a “guide” to walk us to the back of the line and wait with us.once we got through the line (it did move fast), he scanned a ticket with staff from the Pantheon and walked away. For that Viator, you could have just provided me with the ticket to be scanned. This was absolutely pointless. I could have bought a ticket online from The Pantheon and gotten in line myself since I was there 15 min before the person with the ticket.
