What are people saying about Reykjavik

Solo travel approved!
I had a fantastic time with our guide Richie and driver Mikki - they were fantastic! A long tour, Richie kept us entertained and was incredibly knowledgeable about geology, history, pop culture - you name it. Mikki was incredibly patient and drove us all safe and sound. I came on this tour alone and enjoyed every moment of it! Definitely wear waterproof clothes - they’re needed. Special shout out to the great playlist from Richie!!

Sky Lagoon
Sky Lagoon was the best, very organized, clean and beautiful! The only downside was transport from cruise terminal to Sky Lagoon. At pick up driver was impatient, tour started at 5, said pick 4:30. Group arrived 4:31, he said he was just getting ready to leave, I said I didn't get a call. Then we went bus terminal to catch bus to Sky Lagoon. Assumption on booking pick up go directly to Lagoon but no. So the thought of taking 2 more buses after our Lagoon experience would have been stressful so we got a cab to go directly to cruise ship.

The Real Deal!
We saw so many impressive sights that I hardly know where to begin...but just know that Iceland's South Coast is dramatic and fascinating!...the glacier, the black beach with the monoliths off shore, the powerfull waterfalls, the tons of sheep, cows, and horses along the way....the enormous mountains on one side with the water on the other side. Old man Flosi was a terrific tour guide. What a day!

Best Way to See Western Iceland
Great way to see so much of west iceland in one day and capture an amazing variety of views. Our tour guide (Dovi) was incredible and so thoughtful with all the added stories and history and background during the trip. It’s a long day but beyond worth it.
