We had Thomas as our tour guide who was a brilliant host for the day. The travel into the mountains and glaciers was an experience in itself. Then we got on the megabus and went properly of road! Upon arriving the snowmobils were ready and waiting. They were powerful machines and some serious fun! The faster the better.... The ice cave was beautiful, located this year by our own guides. A truly once in a lifetime experience and worth every penny.

Unfortunately it tour was canceled due to weather. Was not notified of cancelation until after getting up very early and waiting at the bus stop

Rough start. Best driver in the world!

We arrived on time and the truck wouldn’t start. We waited over 2 hours and had to cancel. Our driver, Thor, went out of his way to make the day better for us. He took us to a greenhouse and got us lunch for free. While we were waiting, they called him and said we could snowmobile. This is now almost 4 hours late. We went up the mountain and the van inflation/deflation system wasn’t working. We were stuck on the mountain and made the best of it. When we FINALLY got to snowmobile, the views are unbelievable. Truly breathtaking. You cannot compare this anything in the world. The path to get there was daunting. But it was well worth it. And the biggest thank you to Thor for never giving up and going above and beyond for our group. He’s the real MVP!

We took the 730 pick up - perfect for a snooze until we reached the base camp. After the snowmobile and ice cave - which was super - on the way back ; we stopped to see the horses and did a drive by of the Geysier. Pretty much perfect for ticking off everything we wanted to do. The office also was very responsive to all my questions. Thank you !

Picked up by our driver/ guide sven. He was brilliant through out the whole day, full of great stories and knowledge. Rather than waiting around for 15 minutes to hand back our kit as it was busy with another group of people sven took us to see the Icelandic horses which was really nice. He thought of everything and made the trip really enjoyable.

I booked this experience before travelling. The website was easy to navigate and booking was easy. The day itself was absolutely out of this world. Our guide Toby Omarson was fabulous. The snow mobiles were fabulous and the scenery was breathtaking. I would definitely book this again. Perfect from start to finish.

Not a great experience overall. The price tag is quite high, but it is not supported by anything really. The caves were cancelled, but the refund was very disproportionately little. The guide was driving us in silence, without any interesting stories/facts about Iceland. On a way to snowmobiles and back. The tour description is not detailed and misleading. We spent 4 hours one-way in two vehicles, and the same amount of time on a way back. Snowmobiling itself took only one hour out of 9 hours + tour… Thus information should’ve been disclosed online so customers have all information before booking a tour. I wish I didn’t spend a whole day on this activity
