Expierence was good
Did not have enough time to explore very short stops for visiting sights
Parking should be closer to the attractions.
Thalis was friendly could have done a couple of places more ..
Instead of the surprise ( it delayed and made it rain to the next attraction…
Over all it was good.

Thale was awesome! He shared a lot of background about the country, answered questions. Very friendly and personable. We got an extra bonus stop at fridheimar, which was such a cool spot and made this experience so great.

Our tour guide, Jessica & bus driver, Lucas made us feel welcome & relaxed from the start.
Jessica's delivery of information is done in such away that you're never overwhelmed with long monologues. She has a wonderful sense of humour and engaged with the passengers and their questions.
Lucas also engaged with the passengers at the various stops and answered any questions also.
Due to immigrations procedures they kindly delayed the tour departure time by an hour to accommodate the cruise passengers.
There was plenty of time at each stop to enjoy the uniqueness that is Iceland.
We struck gold with this company and would definitely book through them again.

Tour was ok, ticket stated new coach with toilet, we got mini bus with no toilet,,pick up was chaotic as we were looking for a new coach as stated not a mini bus, so we’re a lot of others, not a well organised pickup also never got to meet horses, the good bits were the places we visited even though it was a wet day

Thank you for sharing your experience. We apologize that the vehicle provided differed from what was indicated in the booking information and that this caused uncertainty at the start of the day. The number of guests that day did not justify operating a larger coach, so a minibus was used instead. We will make sure such changes are communicated more clearly to guests in the future. We’re also sorry the horse visit could not take place, as the farm unexpectedly closed due to the weather. We’re pleased that, despite these circumstances, you enjoyed Iceland’s remarkable scenery.
The tour was a full day around Iceland. We had 6 stops and all were great. The guide was very knowledgeable and kept it interesting between stops. Highly recommended!

Such a worthwhile excursion. Our tour escort Jessica was so knowledgeable and she provided lots of interesting information about living in Iceland and the folklore. Loved the surprise as well.

Our guide, Daniel, was very welcoming, a terrific story teller and very knowlegable. Our driver Pavel was also excellent and the Mercedes bus was one of the nicest I have seen.

Excellent! We were picked up on time. The horses were matched to each rider, we rode along a trail, through lava rocks and fields. Partway through we broke into 2 groups, experience and beginner.
It was a nice long ride, approx. 1 hour. We stopped and they took pictures for us. Would highly recommend!

While this was fun to read, we have to admit that we may have a case of mistaken identity here. Our Golden Circle tour visits the Icelandic horses at a local farm, but no horseback riding is included. It sounds like you had a fantastic ride though, so aside from our Golden Circle tour, we hope you enjoyed whichever other adventure you joined! :)

Viktoria was an amazing tour guide! We had the best time going around the golden circle. We went this as an excursion off the cruise and she was very mindful of making sure we had plenty of time to get back! She had great stories and knowledge of Iceland. I loved her sense of humor! The geisers were breathtaking, seeing the old parliament grounds was crazy, overall would recommend!

Great tour well worth it. Easy walking to see each place.
I would say it would have been nice to stay longer at the national park first stop as there was so much to see. The last stop- volcano crater was a bit uninspiring. The time could have been better spent in Thingvellir national park

Martina was an amazing multi lingual tour guide. She switched seamlessly between English and Chinese. And she never stayed in one language too long for the other group. She was calm under pressure and incredibly kind. I would 1000% recommend this tour with her.
The actual tour itself offered more than enough time for all of the destinations, except maybe the tectonic plate park. But that park was enormous. However, for all of the destinations, there was enough time to sight see leisurely or get a glance and return to the bus without it feeling too long.
Yan, the bus driver, was skilled and relaxed. He made a couple of us laugh at some of the stops.

It was wet, windy and raining but it didn’t dampen our spirits to enjoy the Icelandic beauty. Maybe the tour guide should have been a bit more engaging with the tourists. Most of us felt he just rambled on a bit too long about the earthquake , parliament given that most of this information can be easily found online or any geography/history books. ( most of us wanted to take a nap at the end but all I could hear was his monotonous voice- that was a bit of a damper in the tour to be honest. Also I wish he was a bit friendlier and approachable!

WOW!!! This tour was absolutely fantastic and we really enjoyed the marvels that Iceland has to offer. The tour guide was very informative and we felt that there was plenty of time at each stop. If Viator could control the weather that would be great but even in the pouring rain this was an exceptional tour. We could have spent days just watching the geysers. My experience is that Viator is always a great value, fantastic service and on-time.

If you've been to Yellowstone in the US, the Geyser Valley isn't all that impressive, but the view of the Ling Glacier, if you get a clear sunny day, is. We also enjoyed the small lical surprise & the waterfall. However, our guide Viktoria was a blast- her stories were funny & informative- and the bus was comfortable. While they didn't hold any of the seats for easy access for handicapped ridrs, we did manage to find a pair by the middle doors after getting in from the front if the bus at the start , so getting in & out at stops from the mud-doors made it eadier on my husband.

Very informative guide Viktoria but was almost a whistle stop tour, felt rushed at times
Golden circle is a must do, visited all the popular sites
However bus didn’t turn up at collection point until 45 minutes after allotted time of 9am although the company eventually did message to say bus was on its way
Not enough time at the stops to completely appreciate the sights

We’d also like to clarify the pick-up timing. Our pick-up window begins at 9:00 AM and lasts approximately 30–40 minutes, rather than having a fixed arrival time of 9:00. On the day of your tour, we had an unusually high number of pick-ups and unfortunately arrived around 5 minutes beyond the end of the scheduled pick-up window. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We’re also glad that our message helped keep you updated while the bus was on its way.
Regarding the pace of the tour, we understand that you would have preferred more time at some of the stops. With a full Golden Circle itinerary, balancing all the main attractions within the available time can be challenging, but your feedback is very helpful and will be shared with our team.

Viktoria was awesome! I almost missed this day due to lengthy customs; NCL said anything after 11:00 would be fine, but I barely made it to the bus by 11:15, I had to explain my case to two agents to get through. After a stressful start, the day was AMAZING! Viktoria was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Truly a great tour! Thanks, Viktoria!

Fran and Lee are very warm and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and then canceled, we were not able to make the planed excursion, they switched us to a later date, so we don’t miss the opportunity. Their effort made us feel much better in the frustration circumstance due to the cancellation of the flight.

I wanted a value trip around typical locations like waterfalls, craters etc and this was fantastic. The guides were great (as all the guides are, I have discovered) and friendly. I did think we stayed a little too long at certain points. But that may just be me. Got great photos of gysers and all sorts.
