Vjeran is a fantastic guide. In a very good mood and enthusiastic despite the rain! He took some of his time to add a surprise visit to Selfoss! He also took photos of us at the sites we visited so that we would have wonderful memories. Out of 3 excursions taken, he is the best guide!

Ritchie & Richard, remember these two names well because if you want a wonderful day with superb explanations, they are the ones you must go with. It was a feast for the eyes. The excursion is great, I highly recommend it, thanks again to you for having us spend such a beautiful day.

The guide was very informative. The colours were spectacular. They provided helmets with lights and walking sticks. I am 75 and was initially concerned it would be too dark and/or the terrain too treacherous, but neither was the case. I suggest wearing good hiking shoes and a rain coat. Apparently it is always wet inside.

The scenery is beautiful. The black sand beach was gorgeous- it is at least 1/2 mile long. The views from the glacier were stunning. Overall a very worthwhile experience. In the description it states it’s good for beginners. This is a little misleading. At points you were traversing very narrow and steep inclines. Our guide (Pietro) was amazing. I wasn’t going to go out on the glacier because the path was very narrow and steep to get there but he was encouraging and try to make it as safe as possible. Not sure I would do it again but I’m glad I chose to go out on it.

We had a great experience with Luca!! He was welcoming and informative; sharing history, architecture, culture, and Icelandic myths while exploring terrific sites across the city. It was an interesting and entertaining way to get oriented to the special city.

Going to the Blue Lagoon was a special experience! We booked this trip because our flight landed very early AM and we couldn't check into our hotel until the afternoon. We got dropped off and then picked back up for the ride to town and our hotel. It was fun getting all the mud masks and sipping a cocktail in the warm water while snow was falling from above. Highly recommend you check out the Blue Lagoon in Iceland, you'll love it! Oh, we also got the option with robes and towels which was an excellent choice. The changing areas and shower facilities were also very accommodating and offered lockers for your stuff.

It was an essential experience to discover the must-sees of Iceland. The guide Sven was great, full of anecdotes about the country. The bus is comfortable; however, my husband and I were separated, there were a lot of people, but the experience remained pleasant. We do not stay long at the locations, between 35 minutes and 1 hour and 30 minutes depending on the place.

Our super jeep tour with Erik was fantastic! We saw all of the sites advertised and he was personable, humorous, knowledgeable and great with our kids! We started with a prompt pickup just outside our hotel at 830 on the dot as promised. From there we drove to the first site, a smaller waterfall, to get started. One great thing was that Erik continually took pictures with his phone of the 4 of us so we didnt have to keep asking other parties to take a group pic of us. I really appreciated this and was able to access all of the photos via drop box the next day. The trip continued to Geyser where we saw the geyser erupt about 10 times over ~25 minutes - a great sight! From there we went to Gulfoss waterfall which is breathtaking. i have mobility issues so was not able to walk down to the edge but Erik still took photos of the family and made sure i was okay at the designated pick ups after each site - this touch was really appreciated Next we did some off roading in the hills on the way to the glacier. The kids got a kick out of the jeep bouncing around and driving through a little river - At the glacier, we spent time out in the snow looking at all the surrounding mountains - Erik was very informative telling us about the various movies that were filmed in the area (including Oblivion). After the glacier, we went to the best beef and dairy farm for lunch. The food was incredible and the ice cream was excellent. The kids loved that we ate overlooking the dairy cows and calfs. For the last site, we went to the national park that spans the continental divide. this was a great 20 minute walk to meet Erik at the parking area. At most stops, Erik would set a pick up spot and then wait for us to come through at our own pace, never rushing us. The way back to Reykjavik was relaxed and Erik quizzed the kids on Icelandic factoids and stories. I cannot say enough good things about this experience and i know my family agrees - this was one of, if not the best, experiences we had in our 4 day stay in Iceland. i would absolutely recommend this company and Erik in particular.
