Expect your guide to be very knowledgeable in the human and natural history of the region, and to be extremely professional and courteous. The tour was well-paced in terms of when the stops occurred, availability of meals, snacks, etc., and had something for everyone.

We had an amazing day with our private tour guide Pali… we visited several incredible places but with our super expert guide we was taken to a number of “off the beaten track” places that only a local would know including a working farm that made the best homemade ice cream we’ve ever tasted plus Fontana geothermal spring where we tasted homemade bread baked in a hole for 24 hours under ground. Our tour went on far longer than was advertised as our guide had so much to show us and told us some wonderful stories about his home country! Thank you Pali, our new friend

Pali did a great job taking us on the circle route with a couple of extra destinations. Beautiful car, wonderful sites, lots of history and culture with excellent knowledge and stories. He added in a tour of downtown Reykjavík, a working farm with delicious ice cream, and hot springs-cooked bread. I would heartily recommend this tour!

Doing the private tour with a family of 5 was perfect! Our driver, Pali (not sure that is spelled correctly), was knowledgeable, patient and super friendly!!!! We were picked up at 9am and returned at 5pm. We saw so many places, even stuff not listed like a dairy farm, a place to pet and feed horses as well as a tomato farm!!! The weather was very unpredictable but for us South Floridians we got to experience a small snow storm!!! Overall this experience was well worth every penny paid!! Highly recommended

We had a great time with our knowledgeable and funny guide - perfect for doing the Golden Ring on our own timeline, and while learning a lot about Icelandic culture and history in the 'in between' times driving. We really appreciated being able to take in all the beauty but not be on a conveyor belt of a tour bus, and laughing in between the sights. It was a wonderful way to scratch the surface of all the amazing things Iceland has to offer!

We had a great tour around the Golden Circle with Hreinn (which I probably spelled wrong). He was very informative and made efforts to personalize it to our liking (looking for personal souvenirs for my children, etc). We do want our geyser photo that was never emailed, however. Please forward this to us, as my husband sent you an email on the date of our tour. We would use this company again.
