Fantastic tour!

What a fantastic tour. Our tour guide Thor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was stunning from start to finish. Highly recommend!

A wonderful way to explore the sites of the Golden Circle

Barbara_B, Feb 2026
We had a wonderful time on this tour thanks to our guide, Elisa. She was so knowledgeable about the area and the scientific facts about the landscape, but also had a wonderful sense of humor that made the day fun! She provided two extra stops that were not on the itinerary, and let us enjoy Icelandic music during the ride. What is nice about this tour is that each stop is very different than the others. The national park was so beautiful and its history was so interesting! The geysers were fun to see, and the waterfall was stunning! The final stop, the creator, was also amazing. We were able to hike down to the bottom easily and really see how perfectly it was formed. I know that there are other tours that do the Golden Circle with more stops/more time at the stops, but for us, this was perfect! Highly recommend!

Brilliant work

Fantastic knowledge well planned and explained every opportunity taken to maximise your experience highly recommend

Good tour, not overly long.

Lisa_P, Feb 2026
Lots to see. Didn’t feel rushed. The 6hrs went quickly. Lots of fabulous photo opportunities. Each stop had somewhere to grab something to eat and toilets. The Arctic Adventures exec Mercedes mini bus was very comfortable and pick up was on time.

Top tour

Alisonedmondson, Feb 2026
Excellent schedule. Justin managed to fit so much into the tour without us feeling rushed. It was all really well judged and organised. We enjoyed the commentary - just the right blend of entertaining and informative. The bus was comfortable and the sights we saw were all spectacular.

Really excellent tour and very informative guide. Nice comfortable mini bus. Definitely recommended.

Perfect tour for seeing key places!

Gabriella_C, Jan 2026
This tour was wonderful. Our guide, whose name I sadly don't remember but would likely mess up anyway because it was authentically Icelandic, was great. He provided the perfect balance of giving information and some quiet moments. He gave great background, history, and facts. He had a pleasant demeanor and was always very clear about how long we were staying somewhere, what was available, and where he would be when it was time to go. The stops themselves were all fantastic - you really can't go wrong with any tourist spots in Iceland, in my opinion. They're popular for a reason! Incredibly beautiful, breathtaking, and awe-inspiring. If I could give him an extra 1,000 stars I would because I asked about where we could pet Icelandic horses, and he pulled over to a spot where you could pet them and gave us all horse treats to give to them.

Great trip to see highlights in a short period of time. The later departure worked after a late night seeing the Northern Lights.

A must do!

John_G, Jan 2026
Paul was a great guide! Explained a lot about the history of Iceland in addition to showing us way more than expected!

all the sites in one afternoon!

Great, warm child friendly tour! Recommended. bus was nice and warm. Great for any age.. Recommended to anyone.

This is one of the only...

Molly_F, Dec 2025
This is one of the only tours that doesn't pick up at 8 or 9am, which was much appreciated after our late night Northern Lights hunt. Because there is so little daylight in the winter this tour relies heavily on keeping the time, which our guide Lili did very well. We had a group of about 9. Lili was knowledgable and kept us moving, such that we were juuuust able to fit in the Kerid Crater as the light died (side note, this company owns the crater.) Personally I felt we had enough time at every location, though you could spend longer at Thingvellir than the time we had. There is no scheduled food stop on this tour but you can snag something at one of the attractions if you budget your time, or pack something before you depart. Our pick up/drop off from #12 was easy and on time. It appears you can rent waterproof gear from the company that they'll bring in the van for an additional fee.

Great introduction to Iceland.

Tarnya_C, Dec 2025
Good value for money, good communication, comfortable small van. Multiple sites visited giving us a taste of all that Iceland delivers.

Gracie_J, Dec 2025
Nice tour to get to know the area. I appreciated the guide’s explanations about travel time between each site and a bit of explanation about each spot. He didn’t over do it which was nice.

Great experience!

Ali_A, Dec 2025
We loved the tour with Chris! We booked last minute as we missed another tour. We had a great time and learned so many things about Iceland as our tour Chris talked us through everything! A great way to learn from the locals.

This was a great tour. I highly recommend the afternoon tour. It takes less time and you still get to visit every site. All of the sites are beautiful.

Great Tour

Samantha_W, Nov 2025
This tour was excellent value. Our driver and guide Elisa was brilliant and gave us a wealth of information. We decided to do the afternoon tour so we would spend less time on the coach however we still saw all the sites and we felt that we had just the right amount of time at each site. The bus was very clean and comfortable and Elisa went out of her way to make us all comfortable. The golden circle was fascinating and the sites we saw were amazing.

Fabulous golden circle tour

Joanne_D, Oct 2025

Great afternoon tour on a very comfortable minibus. Excellent and informative guide, which made the trip a wonderful experience for my 8 year old grandson. Many thanks

Longer than exoected

lisa_b, Oct 2025
Guide talked way to much, though informative she found the need to talk before driving and than continued to talk while driving. Excursion was suppose to be only 5-6 hours it was 7 1/2. Had a northern lights your book only gave me 1 hour to eat and obtain personal items.

Discovering Iceland's Beauty!

Susan_F, Oct 2025
Enjoyed out time off our cruise ship to explore Iceland! We didn't have much time and so this was the best way to cram in as much as we could.

Cindy, Oct 2025
it was a great way to experience some of Iceland’s most iconic natural landmarks in one day. The tour included visits to Thingvellir National Park, Gullfoss waterfall, and the Geysir geothermal area — all incredibly scenic and definitely worth seeing.

Iceland’s Natural Wonders

Peter_L, Oct 2025
Great outing. Great views of all the promised natural wonders and an enthusiastic guide to explain how they were formed. Highly recommended

Great way to spend the afternoon

Joanne_C, Sep 2025
We choose the noon departure so could sleep in after Northern Lights tour night before. Was perfect. Hit all the highlights. It’s quick stops with a fair amount of walking. Paths were easy to navigate in sneakers. Were able to enjoy each site and get good pics. Lots of trails if you had more time. Coolest stop was Thingvellir. Walking between two continents. Walking on a country but not a continent. Can’t do that anywhere else I the world! Minibus was comfortable. And our guide was friendly and entertaining. Bathrooms and refreshments available at the stops. Tour doable in all weather.

Cruise passengers beware

Chris_L, Sep 2025
Cruise passengers beware! This tour company is not flexible when it comes to their cancellation policy. In our case we ran into rough seas so we were four hours late to port. The captain informed us late morning of this and within minutes, we informed the tour company. The tour company refused to refund any of our money, stating the 24 hour cancellation policy. Apparently they make no exceptions and we would have even agreed to a late cancellation fee despite the fact we had no control of the situation. We believe they should state this specifically for people that cruising. We’re booked through Viator and they were outstanding to deal with. Viator made everything right within 24 hours. A huge thank you to Viator!

A wonderful experience in Reykjavik

Carole_H, Sep 2025
Dalia our guide and driver was excellent. She provided us with pertinent information about the various areas we visited.

Great scenery and guide

Judy_K, Sep 2025
You get to see everything but quicker! Six hours was enough for a day tour. Snaena was a great driver and guide.

Golden Circle yes!

clg, Sep 2025
This is a wonderful tour, great things to see. The guide was enthusiastic, willing to revise to meet the group’s needs. She was helpful, fun and knowledgeable. This is one of the better tours I have taken.

Great tour guide!

Marius_K, Sep 2025
The tour guide was great in not only explaining the features of our stops, but more about the history and other highlights of Iceland. What we saw were fantastic nature areas.
