Jackson was our wonderful tour guide, he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to as well. We lucked out and had a small group so Jackson was able to personalize our experience a bit which was very nice.
The company Jackson works for seems to be run fairly well, and if they have more tour guides like Jackson then we will absolutely sign up for more activities with them.

This is an excellent tour and tour company. Very attentive, informative and friendly. Walk to waterfall is gorgeous and not strenuous. If swimming bring water shoes and note there is a place to change clothes. Food was excellent!

Started off rough when we were picked up about 45 minutes late. Could have done without the coffee farm stop. Our pastry was a hot dog. Waimea valley saved the tour. It was beautiful and our guide/driver was great. He was very fun to talk with and very knowledgeable. His helper was the Japanese interpreter and he was so funny. Would have liked more time at dole plantation to ride the train but we weren’t allowed since we had such a late start. Lunch was very good.

Trip to Waimea Falls and Dole plantation. Easy pick up, comfortable and cool bus. Very friendly guide/driver. Waimea falls was great but Dole plantation too short. It stated 2 hrs. We only got 1 hr.

The tour was great! Host was excellent in communicating the travel plans … from pick up destination and time to pre-planning snacks and lunch. The highlight was the waterfall experience. I would recommend taking water shoes and a water bottle. The lunch was more than expected. Definitely recommend!

Jason our very knowledgeable guide was very nice to take us along the road. When we arrived, he took us to the fall explaining us a lot of things about plants and trees. We wear a group. I would say you’re 15 people you are free. If you wanna go ahead, you can or like me and my husband we prefer to walk along the way to the cascade with Jason, who taught us a lot of things I didn’t know About the trees. The swimming in the cascade was very refreshing and fun. It was not too crowded. It’s easy to get in if you like to walk on the rocks.. in the morning, he took us to a place to have our coffee with a banana cake, but you have the option to buy something by yourself if you want more the place was very green. On our way back we stopped at doll which she is also a place to shop if you want to and where are you? Definitely taste their delicious with capital letters pineapple ice cream but you have other options too.

Our tour guides, Anoi and Jackson were awesome. They were very knowledgeable and hospitable. They made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and also checked that we were having a good time throughout the experience. The hike to get to Waimea falls was absolutely beautiful!
