Our guide Jonathan was fantastic! He delivered as promised, the highlights of the highlights of the MET. My partner and I could not have been more pleased with our tour that includes storytelling, accurate telling of the history of the artifacts and their context and a personalized experience for our group that drew us all in. This was my favorite trip to New York City, one of the reasons for that was this guided tour. I highly recommend this tour. The MET is amazing but can definitely be overwhelming. If you want to enhance your experience and make it really memorable, definitely consider a guided tour!

Little adventure

You get a thorough tour of the East Village all to way to Little Italy. It’s a good walk and you learn many other things about the history and culture of the area. You also gain an understanding of NYPD and a new respect for all they have done, especially with regard to the challenges of 9/11. The mafia stories are fascinating and you learn of their impact, both good and bad.

First and foremost, Sarah is a terrific guide. Very friendly and informative Second, the food and Chelsea Market (tacos, donuts, pizza, pastries) and Pier 57 (pot stickers and a drink) were all great and filling. Time to walk around Chelsea Market was nice as well. The High Line was a very nice walk and chance to learn something about NYC I had no knowledge of before. Third, it was a very good value for all we got. My wife and I always do foodie tours and this was one of the best ever for us.

Worth every penny!!!

This was a great experience for my bf who had never been to NYC before. Our coachman was very knowledgeable and it was enjoyable seeing him interact with his horse, Noble. It is definitely worth the money if you want your first time in Central Park to be unforgettable!

Fantastic Tour...and an informative and entertaining tour guide!

I LOVED this tour! Mickey was our guide, and she was GREAT. She was funny, informative and you could tell she just loved opening the curtain a bit and showing us really ‘secret’ things in Grand Central that I didn’t know were even there. I loved the history she provided, as well as the funny little ‘quirks’ about the people involved. I’ve always felt that Grand Central Terminal is one of the most beautiful spaces in the city, but now I love it even more after this very interesting tour. I took notes (I always do on historical tours), and I fully plan to study Grand Central a bit more when I get home. Thanks Mickey!

Cale was a fantastic tour guide. Very knowledgeable about the city and the history of Hell’s Kitchen, the mafia, and the different neighborhoods. He was a great story teller and very personable. A well worth, once in a lifetime sort of experience. We are from the UK and were staying in central NYC. The train from NY Penn to Linden was easy to navigate which can be daunting at first. After letting heliNY know we would be getting the train they offer their free shuttle service from the train station to the experience, and back again. 10/10 would recommend. The actual flight itself was something special.

The Beast is the Best

This is the third time we've gone on the Beast and once again, it did not disappoint. The ride goes by very quickly but it's so much fun and the memories made are worth every penny. Staff is great and cheerful, they make every second enjoyable, even getting soaked with a water gun is pleasant. We love it and will definitely be back.
