For this nighttime helicopter tour of New York City, you can choose the departure time that best suits your schedule. Your helicopter flight takes off from Linden Municipal Airport in Linden New Jersey.
Once you’re at the airport, board your helicopter. Your pilot takes off, and flies you right over Newark International Airport toward Manhattan. From the Statue of Liberty to Time Square, experience views of New York City lit up at night. Other areas you pass include the Financial District, Brooklyn, Queens, Chelsea, the West Village, SOHO, and TRIBECA.

- Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 275 lbs may be unable to fly. If passengers require a seat belt extender they will not be able to attend.

- All bags are subject to inspection. Only camera, cell phone and sunglasses can be brought aboard. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying.
- Please note: is a 10 minute drive to Linden Airport from the Linden train station, passengers can order either Uber, Lyft or use the local taxi service.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 2 must sit in an adults lap at no charge.
- All passengers are required to sign a waiver prior to flying.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers

A well worth, once in a lifetime sort of experience. We are from the UK and were staying in central NYC. The train from NY Penn to Linden was easy to navigate which can be daunting at first. After letting heliNY know we would be getting the train they offer their free shuttle service from the train station to the experience, and back again. 10/10 would recommend. The actual flight itself was something special.

Its definitely an experience. They are super organised professional and communication is on point. The actual flight was 20 mins, it was clean and smooth. The pilot was fabulous He pointed out everything. Overall the experience i would highly recommend. I am normally nervous with booking stuff however these guys are highly recommended.

The helicopter tour was extremely professional from start to finish, and the staff were warm, friendly, and very reassuring. The night views of the New York City skyline were simply breathtaking — truly the best way to see NYC after dark.
The flight itself was incredibly smooth, not choppy or bumpy at all, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I was lucky enough to sit right in front next to the pilot, and that made it extra special and fun.
A fantastic tour overall and an experience I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting New York!

Wasn’t too thrilled that it was a group experience one of the other guest were in my personal space.
I think that if you are paying for a helicopter ride no person should have to be seated in the middle in between two people. Very disappointing….

The most incredible experience!! Would 100% recommend. Our pilot David was very informative and checked in with us for the trip to ensure we are ok. All the buildings were identified and any questions answered!!
For any travel sick people (I am normally 1) i was alot better than I thought and other than a bit of a shake the flight was perfect!!
Free shuttle service from the train station was great, driver waited for us and took us back. All very clear to follow.

10/10 experience as long as you follow rules upon arrival. My wife and I have no complaints about our experience at HeliNY. The staff was very helpful, even with helping me find a flat fix for my tire that I blew in my way there.

Great experience that was the highlight of our family trip to NYC! Very efficient operation and unforgettable views of the city and Statue of Liberty. Main thing to be aware of is that they operate out of Linden Municipal Airport in NJ. This was about a 60 min Lyft ride for us out of Manhattan in rush our. WELL WORTH IT THOUGH!

Absolutely amazing experience we loved it just got back from NYC and it was one of the highlights of our trip!
However look into it carefully as we just presumed it was in New York which was where we were staying in Manhattan and it actually wasn’t !! So we then had a mad dash and a very expensive taxi to New Jersey to catch our flight so all in all the experience was an amazing one but very expensive!

Worth every penny: Wonderful communication from provider, even when we needed to change our number of riders. They also picked us up from the train station, which I requested fairly last minute and was thrilled they could accommodate. And then the ride itself - absolutely the highlight of the trip.
