Perfect weather and a great guide. Only half full (at best) so that made it even better. Great all around

It was a very well organized little cruise, the explanations about all the sites where very appropriate

The travel guide never showed up. Luckily the ticket got us on board the boat anyway, and there wasn't an added cost so it didn't matter.

Very good tour very informative. Be prepared for cold in December. There are drinks and snacks to purchase. The Viator ad stated there were none.

I had an amazing experience on the NYC city sightseeing boat tour! Our tour guide was fantastic—knowledgeable, engaging, and full of fascinating facts about the city’s history and landmarks. We were able to get an incredible up-close view of the Statue of Liberty, as well as stunning perspectives of both the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges.
Even though the weather was chilly and the sky was cloudy, the tour was absolutely worth it. The sights were beautiful, the commentary was informative, and the overall experience was memorable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting NYC or even locals who want to see the city from a new angle!

Informative, comfortable (but cold, it’s Nov!) and GREAT views. I’ve been to NYC many times but still learned something new
Catlyn_P, Nov 2025
The location was very easy to find, the staff were kind, and the tour guide was hilarious! We went on a rainy day so it was a bit difficult to see, but the tour guide provided a lot of comic relief. There were plenty of dried covered areas to sit while it was raining, but we could pop outside to take pictures during the breaks in the rain.

Great overview of NYC and seeing how all the boroughs connect and hearing about the personalities of each. Plus a fabulous view of the Statue of Liberty. Our tour guide, Tim, was great and engaged with those on the cruise.
Cynthia_J, Oct 2025
I have never been on a tour with such an outstanding tour guide. She was excellent. She shared so much information in a very enjoyable manner.
James_M, Oct 2025
Experience was great. If it's a rainy day, bring a poncho as the upper deck is mostly open, although there is some covered seats
JoanB_L, Oct 2025
Get there early for a spot on top. But it gets really chilly out there this time of year (it was a sunny and beautiful day in mid-October), so wear layers and bring a hat or jacket with a hood.
Daniel_O, Oct 2025
This is a great and quick boat ride to see all of New York in a nutshell. If your time is limited and you want to see all the main attractions in NY this is the way to go.
Stephanie_S, Oct 2025
Breath-taking view, knowledgeable presenter, and comfortable cruise.
This last tour was my second and my family’s first. This tour makes you fall in love with NYC if you already haven’t by now.
Barbara_B, Sep 2025
Excellent tour! Our tour guide, Jerry, was so knowledgeable and gave a really good overview of the history and layout of the 5 boroughs. He had a lot of interesting facts, that made the trip so enjoyable!
Edie_G, Sep 2025
It was easy and even though I’ve been to NYC many times it was a fabulous tour. Great activity out on the water.
RL_A, Sep 2025
Great way to see NYC and Statue of Liberty from one tour. Boat was clean with toilets and small food court, staff friendly and tour guide really informative. Easy to book time slots and well organised!

Great time, hit all the big spots in the 1.5 hour time. The guide/narrator was really knowledgeable and had some pretty funny dry humor.
Sreekumaranunny_K, Sep 2025
It’s nice safe and well guided tour to see the various land mark of New York City. The guide was extremely good with his explanations on the landmarks which we can see on both sides of the big vessel while we were traveling in it.
