Our horseback carriage ride through Central Park was an unforgettable highlight of our trip. The 45-minute experience was absolutely worth it - peaceful, scenic, and full of charm as we rolled through one of New York City’s most iconic settings.
What made it truly special was the chance to connect with our horse, Stephanie. Being able to feed her some of her favorite treats—fresh carrots - added such a personal and heartwarming touch to the ride.
Our guide, Omer, was exceptional. His deep knowledge of the park and the surrounding neighborhood brought the entire experience to life, sharing insights and stories that made us appreciate the beauty and history even more.
From start to finish, it was relaxing, engaging, and something we’ll remember for a long time. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the city in a unique and meaningful way.

Atakan, our driver was on his phone more than he spoke to us. We had to ask him questions to learn about our surroundings and about his horse. We learned more from the pedi tour guide riding next to us. The blankets STUNK. It was a terrible experience and though we received a partial refund from the company, I will never book with them again. Our first Central Park experience, ruined.

A partial refund was issued purely as a courtesy to close the matter — not because your accusations were valid. It is inappropriate to request additional money in exchange for not leaving a review.

Take sum water with , ask for Omar he is good and ask if you want info on anything in the Park , we was there on 07 January it look like a winter Central park is on its best in Mei to Oktober

Muhammad did an outstanding job keeping us warm and providing a great mix of history, along with some quite moments for us to take it all in. We did it later in the afternoon, would suggest you do it early afternoon for more visibility and keep later for a more romantic experience. Thanks Muhammad, see you next time we are in Manhattan!

We booked the experience for Christmas night. The carriage was beautiful and roomy and the blankets were heavy and warm. Omar our driver and Victor our horse were very hospitable. Victor allowed us to feed him carrots and rub his beautiful mane. Omar was very knowledgeable about the park and shared historical context and information about the park and surrounding buildings. He was patient and stopped the carriage for photo opportunities. It was a very relaxing and beautiful experience.

A lovely, fun family experience. Our driver Atakan was very friendly and knowledgeable about the park. Cookie, his horse was well behaved and well looked after. We were contacted the day before the experience so we had plenty of time to arrange getting there etc… We had an early morning slot, which was perfect as the park was quiet, calm and peaceful. I would definitely recommend.

Great time. Omar was extremely kind and he did a great job taking us around the park. The reason why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because of the price. There were several other reputable vendors with lower prices, but we booked late and they didn’t not have the availability we wanted. This tour felt short for the $260 we paid (for 45 minutes).

Thank you for sharing your perspective. However, we’d like to clarify that pedicabs operating inside the park are not part of our company and are subject to very different regulations. Many of them operate without proper licensing, insurance, or compliance with capacity and motorization rules.
We provide a fully licensed, insured, and regulated horse-drawn carriage service, approved to operate in the park under NYPD oversight. Our focus is safety, animal welfare, and a smooth, enjoyable experience for our guests.
While pedicabs may appeal to some visitors, they are not a comparable service, and we stand by the quality and professionalism of what we offer.

Lovely and knowledgeable experience! Wife’s birthday and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Original flight in cancelled. Rebooked flight later than original reservation. Called and they switched times for us. Straight from LGA to the carriage, luggage and all. Beautiful.
