talking with the driver of the carriage, the horses are well cared and rotated on a daily basis so that they’re not always pulling contrary to what people say on social media. It was a very pleasant ride through Central Park.

Fred was an excellent horse carriage driver!!! Roads were closed on our path and Fred ways around them so we could enjoy our tour. I would recommend him again.

Emre was fun and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed our ride with him. He took us to all the hot spots, pointed out landmarks and movie and TV shoot locations, and gave us plenty of time to stop and take photos.

Very relaxing but very informative. Great way to see the park and determine areas we would like to go back to and spend more time. Loved our guide Emre and his horse Oreo. So glad we did this!

Fred was a fabulous tour guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Took lots of great pictures of us. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend everyone give it a try once. Beautiful scenery and memorable experience.

Even though it was a cold day. The horses were so beautiful. Fred the tour guide was very knowledgeable and such a great guy. Took his time and even had us feed Michelle our horse for the day.

Well informed tour. Henry did a great job of letting the kids pet the horse and stopping a few times for extra pictures. Definitely recommend the longer tour that includes a couple of streets outside the park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Our driver was outstanding. He was so knowledgeable and courteous. The carriage was comfortable and we appreciated the warm blanket on a cold day. Highly recommend this experience!

Fred was fantastic. We got a great historical overview of the area and he pointed out several spots from famous film scenes. There's nothing like a carriage ride through Central Park, even in the freezing cold – and my god it was cold – and nobody better than Fred to conduct it. Highly recommend!

Dress appropriately when is cold and breezy. They have a blanket but not heated, when it said they will provide a heated blanket. The blanket also smelled really bad. Nico was nice. You get to feed a carrot to the horse at the end. Not worth what you pay for.

This was a great way to see so much of central park without extra walking. Kamal and King Gypsy were amazing and knowledgeable and we were so grateful for his fun facts and photography skills.
Whether you have a short timeline or time to peruse, this is a 10/10 for you and the family. Highlight of the family trip.

Our Carriage Driver was so nice and informative, i feel he went above and beyond, we all saw a lady dropped her purse and was getting into her ride and he madecsure she disnt leave it behind, he got their attention and she retrieved it, he was so nice. A Gentleman. We had a great time, and really enjoyed the Christmas lights.

Fred was an outstanding tour guide. Before the ride I received a text message from Fred, which I really appreciated given all the other carriages in the area. He was informative, friendly and fun… made our Christmas Eve memorable. Carriage and blankets were in great shape and clean. 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend Fred and his company.

Olcay was a great tour guide. He communicated clearly over text where we should meet up and how to find him and his horse Gypsy. He also provided two thick comfortable blankets during the trip. The Tour itself included some fun facts about central park and the surrounding buildings before heading down 5th Ave to see all the beautiful Christmas displays. Olcay even paused to take a photo of our family in the carriage with Gypsy on 5th Ave where it was well lit for a great photo. This was the absolutely the best way to see iconic sights like central park, the plaza hotel, 5th Ave shops, and the Rockefeller Plaza Tree without getting lost in a sea of people or walking miles. The best part was feeding the provided carrots to Gypsy and petting him to thank him for his hard work. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in this experience. We were running late due to NY traffic and kept the tour guide updated and even offered to pay/reschedule for later and he was unable to. He still did the ride which I appreciate, but it was very expensive to do in the first place and he barely spoke to us during the trip and did 0 photo stops. It was very rushed, wich I get due to us being late but I would have rather rescheduled or found a better solution for everyone.
